I never once was worried feeding my baby this formula, this year there were so many formula recalls in the US but never was HIPP recalled! My baby is happy and healthy and strong and I am so grateful for Zen Organic for delivering it to me!

Buyers be aware
Buyers be aware, though its Web site states "skip the 15% tariffs", that may not be true for all.
I placed an order for well over $800, I received an invoice from UPS, with 200% tariff on my baby formula order, total charge of $330.
I notified ZenOrganic of this invoice a month ago, still without any resolution.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Package was lost in transit, company refunded my money. Connected with the company and they told me I could pay it or leave it. Just to get a bill from FedEx that was sent to collections. Horrible experience.

Order placed - no delivery!
I placed an order for six cans but after more than 16 days without delivery, I contacted customer support. My package was stuck at customers and they were unable to give me any further information. After requesting a refund, they agreed to honor it.

Finally a formula that works for our baby!
Formula arrived quickly and it’s the only formula we’ve been able to find that works for our baby. She is intolerant to cow and sheep milk so this rice-based formula is a game changer. Grateful for this site!

Fast shipping
I purchased six cans of my baby’s goat milk formula once it became hard to find in America. I received my shipment very quickly with no issues. Also, the formula I received seems to be a little bit different than the American version, it looks even cleaner inside the bottle with less residue. My baby really loves this formula!
