I had a really disappointing experience with this company. My order was delayed at customs for a long time, and even though I reached out to them twice, I never got a reply. On top of that, when the package finally arrived, I received unexpected bills from FedEx and U.S. Customs that I had to pay out of pocket.
It’s frustrating to deal with delays, no communication, and then extra charges that I wasn’t warned about. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

It was super easy process. I was able to order it online really easily, it came quickly and well packed.

My toddler has been using the hipp German toddler formula for the past five months and he will not have anything else. Because we live in the United States it is quite difficult to find the hipp German formulas at a reasonable price, but thank you zen organic formula for making the purchase of a European formula so easy for our family.

I reached out to Zen Organic Formula regarding my order that I never received. I did receive one response saying the matter would be looked into, but after that, there has been absolutely no follow-up. Despite multiple attempts on my end, I’ve been completely ignored.

This level of customer service is unacceptable—especially when parents are relying on your company for something as critical as baby formula. Customers deserve timely communication and resolution, not silence. If a company cannot deliver on its promises or provide proper support, it raises serious concerns about reliability and trust.

I am asking for an immediate resolution, and I hope this public review finally gets a response since private messages have gone nowhere.

Truly amazing service. Ive ordered a few times from them and they are reliable and quick. Would highly recommend purchasing the HiPP formula as it's the only one my daughter would take and we tried a bunch of them.

I liked that for ones not ordering in the EU or UK the description or instructions are in English on the site which helps me comprehend what I need. The formula came well packaged wrap and sealed.

My husband ordered formula for our son who does not tolerate just any formula. This company has no sense of urgency or good customer service. Unfortunately, this is our first order and will not trust them again. We are completely out of formula and our package is being held in customs due to them not properly filling out the correct paperwork for it to be cleared upon arriving in the U.S. we ordered last Wednesday and it’s Tuesday now and our son still doesn’t have his formula. Terrible terrible company. With the prices people are paying you’d think they have better customer service. Money hungry horrible people. You’re dealing with infants here definitely expect a lot better! This is my second time reaching out to them as well as fedex, they still have not released the proper paperwork after telling me they did. We are going on vacation tomorrow for weeks and thanks to this company my son will be suffering without his normal formula. Thanks a lot.

Do not recommend this website.
I ordered 12 cans and they were packed with no support whatsoever and several came dented. One of them was extremely dented and not safe to feed the baby off of.
Their email address, which is the main (and one of the only two) points of contact, did NOT accept emails! I had to submit a request through the website since email address would not accept emails (so I could not attach any photos) and the rep insisted that denting is not an issue. I had to ask again to get a refund (for only that one can).
Another red flag was that in all my 3 emails I asked if I could ask for extra protection for future packages and I told them I'm even willing to pay a fee, but did NOT receive a single response.
Can't really trust them with future purchases.

The fresh front formula has a very long expiration date, and the customer service is very fast and good. My baby didn't like the first formula, so they sent me a new one completely free.
