Cheapest and responded quickly
I highly recommend them. I mistakenly purchased twice order and emailed them about it before it gets shipped. They responded to me quickly and resolved the issue. Also, they have the cheapest organic milk online so far. They shipped it very fast as well that’s why I kept purchasing my child’s formula here.

Best 2nd option to Breast milk
Zen organic puts a Moms mind at ease knowing she is feeding her baby the best thing next to Breast Milk. We adopted so breast feeding wasn’t an option and I was terrified to buy US formulas due to the recalls and unrestricted items they add. I didn’t want this for my baby, so when I found Zen Organic, I finally found a safe alternative that my child loves, and I feel confident feeding her.

After struggling to find the right formula for our newborn son, we finally came across HiPP and it was a game-changer! Our little one loved it right away, and unlike other formulas we tried, it didn’t cause any side effects like colic or digestive issues.
We were actually living in Mexico for a couple of months and were thrilled to find HiPP available there as well. But once we returned to the U.S., it was difficult to find, until we discovered zenorganicformula.com. The ordering process was seamless. We ordered an entire box, and it arrived within just a few days.

I ordered ready to feed formula and received my order promptly. I did have an issue with the expiration date being sooner than 6 months but upon reaching out to customer service they promptly sent me another pack with a longer expiration date.

Zen Organic sent expired formula
Initially I was very satisfied with their service and product (HIPP UK ready to feed and powder) which is why I decided to continue purchasing from Zen.
Last week, I ordered 5 boxes of the ready to feed UK HIPP and received all expired boxes of formula (BBD - 08.05.25 -- European format which equates to May 8th 2025. Todays date is June 4th 2025. Extremely disappointed and a little worried that they are shipping bad product to others as well.
