I would like to say I like the gummies…

I would like to say I like the gummies they had a very nice flavor but I didn't really see a big change in what they were suppose to do. What I am very unhappy about is the recurring unauthorized charges that was taking from my account. I never wanted to sign up for anything other than trying these gummies everyone was hyped about. for a one time purchase. I will like a full refund for the extra months of charges taking 29.99. Im trying to send a request and it takes me to a screen that do no exist.

I never received the items

I never received the items that I ordered. Then I notice that they've been charging me monthly for some subscription that I never signed up for. So, I've been paying every month for a product that I never even received.

Never received my package

Never received my package
I kept getting an email that it was on the way, and then I received an email that it was being returned because of incorrect address, I reviewed my address and everything was correct I still resent the correct address and then i got an email that it was being shipped and then received an email that it again was being returned back because the ups driver didn't think or feel that it was a good address 😡 I feel it had to been a new or a young driver that didn't take the time to look because my house number is right there on the house so I feel the driver was just being lazy about his or her job!!! I mad this order a month in a half ago and now I have to go through all this to get my refund back, didn't go through all this to get the money when I made the order!!

NEVER AGAIN!

Like many others, I too was scammed with the $29.99 taken off of my card. Not once..but SEVEN TIMES. There is NOTHING that says you're signing up for a subscription or that you're paying for VIP. If I'm being charged every month, I should be receiving a product every month which I did not! How many times do I have to pay for a $17 bag of gummies?? I have reported them to the BBB because they owe me over $200!!!

Charged $19.99/month for a membership I didn’t know about

I ordered the gummies to try them out, and they tasted great, (however my bf couldn’t tell a difference) then five months later I notice a $19.99 recurring charge from my bank, and I contacted Zeus labs about it, and apparently when I ordered that bag of gummies back in September, I, unbeknownst to me, signed up for a VIP membership which does not include gummies, just a membership. So I never received any more bags, and was charged $100. I wasn’t offered any refund or anything for my troubles. Absolutely unacceptable and not morally right. They need to be more clear about what you’re signing up for.

I would have given 1 star...

I'm only giving my experience 3 stars because of the efforts taken by Zeus Labs Lab team to refund deductions that I was not aware of. Without the credits, I would rate my experience a 1. I thought I was trying some feminine hygiene gummies and somehow got enrolled in a a membership that I didn't ant, need, or could afford. I sincerely employs you to rethink this practice. I'm sure you've made a lot of money this way, but it's not the most ethical practice. I am of the working class and I make ends meet. Wanting to treat myself and try one of your products should not have cost me $120 in unwanted membership fees. I hope the decision makers in your company will take what I am saying to heart.
