Tried to use eSIM in Switzerland. Managed to install it fine but then wouldn’t connect to internet. Customer service were quick to reply but were so rude and blunt. They refused to give a refund even though their product did not work at all.

Datenpaket für Europa hat in Nordmazedonien nicht funktioniert, obwohl es beim Kauf auf der Liste war (53 Länder inbegriffen). Im Chat wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass 39 Länder inklusive seien, Mazedonien aber nicht. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wie es sein kann, dass ich ein Paket für 53 Länder gekauft habe und dann doch nur 39 drin sind, wurde unhöflich reagiert.
Nicht sehr motivierend, nochmals eine ESim hier zu kaufen, wenn nicht klar ist, wo sie funktioniert.

Die ersten 2Pakete funktionierten sehr gut. Das nächste Europapaket hat in Nordmazedonien nicht vebunden obwohl es gehen sollte. Das nächste neue Europapaket hat in der Schweiz ebenfalls nicht geklappt. Der Betrag wurde mir dann aber zurück erstattet. Danach nochmals Europapaket gekauft und wieder nicht funktioniert in der Schweiz. Es gibt definitiv bessere E -Sims.
