I could not stop myself to convey what I felt. Not writing this based on one-off experience but after receiving the quality of food, vegetables and services consistently. Team Zingox is very high in quality and their customer support is easy to reach and effective. Website makes ordering much simpler. All the food items are carefully selected and packed. Freshness was always intact.
Thanks to Team Zingox for letting us have a near to perfect Diwali away from home. Thanks a lot.

Excellent services and superb product range from Maharashtra.
I was very happy with the home delivery service of Zingox Traders UK Ltd. The order arrived sooner than expected, it was fresh, in good condition and well packaged. I was also happy that I have found a supplier for some of the typical Maharashtrian products. We emailed twice to Zingox regarding our order but never got a reply back.
We were charged for delivery but the website mentions free delivery on certain amount and the order was eligible. Also the quantity of items is not weighed correctly.

Regarding delivery charge, we do not consider mango price in free delivery calculation as we have very competitive price for mangoes compared to our competitors. It is clearly articulated in our shipping policy as well as on our delivery and collection page.

About quantities we have quite strict quality and quantity checks so we double check weights in packaging at the time of sorting and packaging.
