Zippermobilityscooters

Person on phone very helpful and pleasant and delivery was quick . Lovely scooter for price

The scooter was delivered within a couple of days. The customer services followed up with calls. I have only used the scooter a couple of times but am very pleased so far. Thank you.

Order was quick and easy, came within 24hrs and very helpful customer service. Very pleased with the scooter with no problems

The scooter is excellent. Delivery was not very helpful and I needed the assistance of a neighbor with assembly

Unbelievable that they were able to have the mobility scooter delivered within 4 working days from England to the North of Ireland, I haven't tried it out yet.

first class scooter fast delivery very easy to set it up many thanks

Excellent service also my order came with in a couple of days I would recommend anyone to use zipper mobility.

Excellent service with quick delivery ordered on a Saturday delivered on the Wednesday by UPS

The quick response to my ordering was excellent the courier was good I really like the wheelchair it will help me get further afield than where I get with my mobility scooter many thanks for the excellent service

Good experience all round. Would of liked the option to speak to a human not AI though he was ok. Like to speak to someone real when a problem occurs and not reliant on email only.

Quick and easy to set up but fiddley with seat as it took a few attempts to stop the seat from spinning could of done with a back rest as I felt with it at the beginning but now I am good on it now

Ordering was easy and every question I had was answered promptly and honestly. I panicked a bit when the driver didn't turn up on time but after arriving late he explained the hold up, was polite and showed me how things worked. Made sure I was happy before leaving. Next day I had to chance to have a little drive and found it to be better than described. All in all a good purchase. I wouldn't hesitate before using this company again.

When sending for my husband a power chair I really did not know which one to plume for as there was so many company's to choose from eventually went for zipper and my experience with them has been really good I received my goods with in a couple of days

Easy to use service. Prompt delivery. I accidently put the wrong delivery address on the initial order, and this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

Competitive price, delivered on day 7 after ordering, and the quality of the scooter is excellent.
Only criticism about the complete experience is that I would love an easy route to make contact via website that is not currently working in customers favour
