The scooter arrived in excellent condition, but it arrived in parts for self assembly luckily it was fairly easy to assemble,so all things considered,i was delighted with price & condition on arrival ,this for me is a highly recommended seller with fantastic prices.

The service I received was excellent. They told me everything about the scooter and the delivery service was brilliant. Next day delivery wow! I'm so happy with the service I received highly recommend.

The on line order was simple and delivery quick scheduled 4/5 days was on time. Delivery driver was polite cheerful and although not fully technical demonstrated the essential features. I am delighted with my purchase.One observation , The handbook does not have a lot in it for my X13 ( Maybe my X13 is an early model) ie : twist throttle not button and different display However after a little investigation I am now conversant with thes variations Great value for money

Ordered and delivered great but still waiting on my warranty documents to be sent.

The online system was easy to follow ,I was very happy with the safeguards on monies transactions.Then the very quick delivery without a hitch was as promised.The wheelchair is all That was advertised and has worked well and I hope to enjoy it for a longtime.

The product is very good. The instruction booklet needs a rewrite for the chair.
I’m concerned that the chair cannot be immobilised when left unattended outside a shop for example 2

Apart from some miscommunication at the beginning I feel the rest of the process was excellent even to the delivery the driver was so helpful and went through the operation of the scooter. Must say very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them. R Lupton

after ordering did not need to contact the company as the process was what zipper said would happen no stress or worry congratulations most on line firms need several calls but you made the ordering easy. thank you and the scooter it is great just what i needed Mr Gardner
