The staff were more than happy to answer all my questions over the phone. The delivery time was astonishingly quick, considering I live in Northern Ireland it was with me within days of my order. The scooter itself is awesome, it performs perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Got the scooter at a bargain price and delivered very quickly. It’s a bit heavy and doesn’t cope with inclines very well but on the level it’s great. Not a scooter if you have a severe disability.

When the scooter failed to work I contacted Zippermobilityscooters and sent a video of the fault. They instantly knew what was causing the problem and sent a replacement part. My husband found replacement of the part a little bit of a fiddle but got there in the end saving me the cost of returning the scooter for them to replace it. The scooter is now up and running again. They assured me by fitting the scooter part myself it wouldn’t affect the warranty

Great priced mobility scooter. I purchased the Zipper x4 and to date I have had no issues at all. Good looking scooter which is sturdy and well built, handy to have the 3 different speed settings and a USB port to charge my phone. Thanks

This is my second mobility scooter from Zipper mobility scooters already have an X14 model for home use. It worked so well I purchased a second scooter for car boot for use when out and about. And again excellent service and a great quality product.

i found zipper excellent in there customer service,placing my order couldnt have been easier the gentleman i spoke to helped me through the whole process and answered any questions i needed to ask,would always recommend this company.

Ordered the X7 folding mobility scooter on the 6th July
Although the scooter looks good the instructions are utter rubbish
Does not tell you how to change the battery(i ordered a 2nd battery so i could go on longer journeys)
nothing about how to fit the basket on the front which keeps falling of with only a pack of wet wipes in it

Dispatch prompt and received well packaged. DHL did not deliver as per my instructions which delayed it by one day.

I received the item next day and I am very happy with the electric wheelchair which I purchased from them.
