Zippytravel Avis 

Booked a flight which was subsequently cancelled by the carrier BA (June 30th). A Mr. Ian from Zippy travel confirmed on the phone he would process an e-credit (I had done this before when I booked directly with BA, so assumed this was in order.). After numerous email follow ups, I have had no response from Zippy Travel. They ignore you! They say your money is safe with them. Yes! With Them! THEY KEEP IT! Use Zippy Travel at your own risk!

Adeeba was very helpful and patient with the booking. She was quite polite and did her best to get the best fare that suits my budget

I think the agent i dealt with was really helpful in that what seems difficult for me was a none issue when he intervened. I wanted a premium economy class and found it very difficult because of the price range. I complained to him about it and immediately he asked me to give him some few minutes while I held on. On reconnecting with me, he told of a deal just hanging which he thought I might like. I asked for the price and it met my budget, even though the outgoing journey was direct, the incoming was not, because I have to return via Paris and the waiting hour for reconnecting was just two hours or so.
Compare to the direct outgoing and incoming journeys of other deals , the price difference was mind blowing. I think it was a deal or promotion just going on within that time, so, for me,it was a very, very and helpful deal.
I will recommend my friends and family members to patronise them even though the commission charged was on the high side.
The agents name was Basil.

I was looking to book holidays but I was not sure what to do I have looked on instagram travel page I called them and got through to Basil he helped me to book holidays and explained me really well. He was really helpful and went extra mile to make sure I have got everything what I needed and when ever I called again to ask something about my holidays he will always help me and explain to me. I will definitely book my next holiday with zippy holidays because they have the best people working for the company.

Without question the worst unprofessional, arrogant and disingenuous company and set of staff I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Their staff are dismissive, arrogant and completely unsympathetic to their customers poor experience. Chances are things might go well for you on your holiday if you book with these guys, but if you have any small issue like we did, trying to resolve it will be a nightmare! They cannot even get our family surname right when providing a compensation payment back to us. Rude, unhelpful and needless to say we will never book or use this company again. To be honest I am convinced they will go into administration within the year - if not solely down to their terribly poor customer service - honestly it is shocking. Shame on the employees we dealt with, please please offer your staff some training in how to speak and treat your customers otherwise you will soon have none!

This is a terrible company!! Useless!! We went on a family Disneyland August and the transfer from the airport to hotel didn’t turn up!! We was stranded at the airport for 2 hours with 4 kids!! No one to contact!! I eventually got a private cab to the hotel. When I got back I requested for my transfer to be refunded. It’s been 1 month since my travel and I yet to receive my refund. We are fed up and never using this company again!! We are taking this through ATOL now!!

I’m. Extremely happy with the service I was provided by Mr Peter. He have a very friendly behaviour and his support to word his customers is remarkable I will strongly recommend to use there services for travel.
