Terrible Product
Terrible Product, Terrible Support. A Complete Waste of Money and Time.
This projector has been nothing but a disappointment. The unit I received is faulty, the image constantly flickers, and the picture quality is poor and badly washed out even with a small amount of ambient light in the room.
Instead of taking responsibility for the problem, the company tried to blame the flickering on my HDMI cable, Apple TV streamer, and Denon receiver. That explanation simply does not hold up. The exact same setup works perfectly with my Samsung TV and my Epson projector, without any flickering whatsoever.
To eliminate HDMI and the other equipment as possible causes, I also connected to the projector wirelessly. The flickering continued. The problem is clearly with the projector.
Their advertised "24/7 support" is also extremely misleading. There is no real 24/7 technical support. It is essentially email support. If you are in the United States, you may wait approximately 24 hours for a response, and sometimes considerably longer. The responses I received were slow, unhelpful, and seemed focused on blaming everything except their own product.
Based on my experience, I consider this an extremely questionable operation. The projector is inexpensive, but inexpensive garbage is still garbage. Saving money means nothing when the product does not perform properly and the company will not stand behind it.
US buyers should also be especially careful: the company does not have a US return address. If something goes wrong and you need to return the product internationally, shipping, tracking, and insurance can become expensive and inconvenient.
My experience has been simple: faulty projector, poor image quality, persistent flickering, ineffective technical support, and an expensive international return process.
I regret buying it. I would not recommend this product or this company.
