Zyber LTD Avis

Never again!!!! Ordered Farrow & Ball Dimity exterior eggshell paint. Received Farrow & Ball Slipper Satin interior eggshell paint. Due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend experienced a delay with them correcting their mistake. Returning the incorrect item became a nightmare as no flexibility on their part to take ownership of their error and accept I did not have a printer to print the label they sent me. The way I was spoken to on the phone was appalling ( I had to disconnect the call) In the end I arranged the return via Royal Mail who collected the paint from me at my home address with a returns label at a cost of £3.95 which I am still waiting to be reimbursed for.

Great price, fast delivery and packaged to survive even the most enthusiastic courier.

placed order with next day delivery ! waited in all day and refund appeired on phone late in the afternoon order cancelled

call up and told they had no stock, joke never use this company

On time on cost well packaged

Excellent service, second time of using this company & can't fault them!
Great prices, super fast delivery & great customer service!

Delivery man rang doorbell and waited until someone answered, he was very polite. The delivery was Fast and efficient.

Well done! good work!

Couldn't find the correct colour wood stain with local suppliers. Zyber did exactly what they say on the tin. 10/10.

Delivered quickly good prices. Will use again

Easy to order, quick delivery, item perfect! Will definitely use again!!

Great service. Very reasonable price.

Excellent service from Marcel at the branch in Elmers End Road , SE20 , today . Really helpful and informative advice regarding the choice of Little Greens paint and clearly committed to making sure I made the right choice . Amazing range of paints , varnishes , tools and other stuff in the shop . A shining star amongst our local businesses!

Great customer service at the Wembly branch. Professional advice .Did not try to sell me what I didn't need .Listen to the issue of painting on tiles and why previous paints used from BQ would not work. I went on line on the morning to find out why gloss paint does stick to bathroom tiles. Another school day. In the shop I was directed to buy just one product not different products that was advised on line. My conclusion BQ =0

ZYBER=10.

A TOTAL DEFEAT FOR BQ. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

It said next day delivery and its been three days already 🙃

Quick and easy

Really good price and 1st class service with delivery 👍

1st time using Zyber, will definitely use them again, quick delivery, well packaged, i was impressed from order through to delivery. They also use a good delivery firm DPD who keep me updated with delivery times.

They sent the wrong product. Contacted their ‘customer service’ who asked for pictures which were duly provided and then they have gone radio silent.
Heard nothing and now I have £50 worth of the wrong product and no idea when I’ll be getting that money back.
Do not use this company.

wish i had read reviews first of this bunch of scam merchants i ordered two tins of paint as they were on offer at a good pricei should have known somethingwas wrong because it seemed too good to be true but went ahead anyway because it said next day delivery what a mistake that was havent heard anything that was 5 days ago sent them an email enquireing where my products are and when they would be delivered and have heard nothing from them so will not be using them again in a hurry if only i had checked the reviews first oh well you live and learn

Excellent value and prompt delivery - will definitely buy from this company again
