As many of you, I never received it, But, the insisted that it was delivered.

Below are my ongoing emails exchanges. I hope it helps someone who is trying to resolve their issues with this vendor.

I must admit that they are very polite and helpful in solving issues.

They responded within hours and asked to checked with my neighbors or mail room areas, etc. Zyrvia Customer Support Team offered me a 70% refund or a replacement of items. I refused and asked them to resend the order and afterwards I requested a full refund.

They provided me a new shipment order 15 days later. Once again, I never received the shipment. They offered a partial refund because they cost of shipping fees they had incurred. I demanded full refund and they agreed. I received partial a partial refund of $7.52.

We've filed a claim, but they refused full compensation as the system showed it as delivered. However, we've persistently pushed for a higher compensation percentage and secured you a 70% refund. Is this acceptable? We also suffered losses due to the low product prices, so we'd appreciate your understanding of our situation. Once again, I apologize and await your reply.

Believe everything everyone is saying you will not receive anything but tracking will say it has been delivered.

Never delivered yet said it did twice. Got the royal runaround. Paid $ with nothing to show for my purchase. Scamville!!

Total Scam

Total Scam! Stay away! I did receive a tracking number 31 days later said it was delivered but there was no package delivered. Checked ring doorbell no packages delivered to my house.

Order was paid up front. Never arrived. Unsuccessful

Order was paid up front. Tracking information was slow and indicated that package was delivered yet no packages ever arrived.
So far, my attempts to contact the company have nit been successful.
My personal observation?
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Lower than dirt scammers

They need to be shut down for scamming. It's been well over 30 days for my package. And when it said delivered, I was home at the time and never saw anyone or anything. So I contacted them and all they keep doing is sending me the delivered notification. It is a scam website do not shop on it.

They claim to be highly rated with 4.7 Stars on Trustpilot but they're not what does that tell you?

According to the website there is a 4.7 star rating with 235 people leaving feedback on trustpilot. But trust pilot says there are zero reviews with no rating which is a huge red flag everything is way too cheap I would like it to be a great website to purchase almost free work pants from but I can't believe them when they're lying about being highly rated on trust pilot so I'm not going to take the risk of purchasing from them because of the flat out lie they present on their website. But if you have a good experience with them please share!
