Unfortunately, this time my parcel sent to Turkey to my sister has been returned by customs.

I followed all the instructions and lost 6 kg in 2 months. Though I am pure vegetarian but I did it and I will keep achieving my goal. My weight was 66 now I am 60.
My goal is 55. Hope for I will achieve soon. Thanks Emma and 123 diet for all support.

Hi Sami, I am sorry you do not know how the 123Diet works. Please utilize the free support available 24 hours. The foods in phase 2 are foods that aid in weight loss, yes there are many other fruit and veggies out there, but not all of them will aid in weight loss. We use the foods that will along with the products so that you reach your goal quickly and do not get bored being on a long diet. When you reach phase 3 you can see then there is a large variety as you are at your goal and now just need to maintain. There are carbs on the 123Diet and the products along with the diet are helping utilize the body fat as extra nutrients. If you look at the support page, most have more energy while doing this than ever. The expiry date is hardly few months as…
The expiry date is hardly few months as bought them on a deal so tht u can save some money but its always them sending the old stock. I have had same experienced before but thought it would be different this time but they did this again. When asked them why , they advise me its ok to take them even after its expired like who can risk that seriously. Totally frustrating and not happy with the service.

Hi Monika. The product is 6 weeks of use and there are 21 weeks prior to expiry. The advertising for these products worded the expiration date. Your products are in date and can be used. I wish you all the best with your weight-loss. Emma

123 Diet is the only one that worked for me , because it’s a has no alcohol , it also gave my system a good rest from it . My doctor was impressed with my cholesterol levels as well ….As always when in doubt ask your doctor.

Quick postage, great online help.

Basically a starvation diet . Why no eggs for breakfast / no fruit after noon ? Scientific basis for this ? Stuck to the regimen religiously for 2 weeks and lost 3 kms . What a joke . Very disappointed as have a family wedding to go to and looked forward to trimming down .
Total waste of money I do not have ……

I am sorry you feel this way. The diet works if you follow it correctly and we have 24 hour support and will always answer all your questions. Each phase has a different purpose and you can have eggs in phase 3 as it is about maintaining. There are hundreds of recipes and no body has starved on the diet. I have kept my weight off for over 13 years and completely healthier now than I was in my 20's (now in 40's).
