The spray bottle only worked for 2 weeks which really annoyed me as it’s expensive without that happening even after soaking and cleaning spray part in hot water still does not work
Improve the spray nozzle to stop clogging

The only issue I have with the drops is that unfortunately they give me leg cramps..
I use them for 3-4 days and then get the cramps so I have to stop the drops..

The diet is challenging to start but…
The diet is challenging to start but when you stick with it can have fantastic results. The nozzle on the spray bottle is prone to blocking, even after rinsing in hot water. I found this annoying as it stops functioning and need to measure the liquid.

The results speak for themselves. You do have to commit to it and I believe it’s the commitment you make to yourself and sticking to it that makes this diet work so well. You do have to be ready in the mind to start this diet and I have found once you get started it actually gets easier to stick to as the diet becomes the new normal.

Delivery is incredibly fast, customer service amazing. So helpful, questions always answered honestly I found this diet so simple if you follow it as suggested.. plus you actually get to talk to the actual person who started it all & others that are going through the journey.

This bottle I purchased has been the worst it has been thicker and continues to clog up the spray. I purchased a syringe and it has been difficult as I can't see the line properly and gets a lot of air bubbles in it.
