Very simple
Very simple , educational process. Carlos was there on time. And showed me how everything works. And the proper way to do things. Am very excited to start this new journey in getting my license. Am so glad I chu this company to help me along the way.

Carlos was excellent
Carlos was excellent. He was very thorough during the intro call and made the entire process smooth and easy. By following his instructions, I was able to pass the first part—the Business and Finance exam—on my first try. I plan to continue following his guidance and hope for the same result on the trade exam.

Don't waste 5 weeks
This company doesn't deliver the product. It's been over 20 days since I ordered their books. They have sent 30 texts and emails asking for reviews and to sign up for upsells, but no books. Customer service answers the phone with dogs yapping in the background then "drops" the call. Ultimately they refuse to give a ship date and actually deliver the product. I'll be reporting the transaction as fraud and moving on. Do not waste your time with them.
Update:
The company did deliver 9 of the 11 books in the order, plus one print out that is supposed to be a book (that was damaged in transit). Two different deliveries a week or more apart. They did give me a credit for my issues which was nice, but I still can't recommend them.

Super over advanced
Super over advanced, professional, respectful, and smooth service. He kept a calm demeanor and made sure to understand the situation entirely. Ori also kept his word and followed through with what he had promised to do. In the end, he delivered perfectly. I don’t think I have ever received such a high caliber manner.
