1st Call - Window & Door Repairs Avis 

Perfectly happy, from start to finish- with a little hiccup regarding installation date, but that was sorted out very quickly. James arrived the following day 7:30am prompt. Units fitted so easily and cleanly, any mess was disposed of by James.
Very pleased and will likely have a quote in 2027 for conservatory window units replacement.

Had 9 trickle vents installed, didn't take long to fit very happy with the work carried out, I did have to chase them though after they came and did the survey and took my deposit... minus one star for that, was a bit worried whenever they called me it came up as suspected scam in the call details, but all sorted now and happy with the work.

1st call replaced some window panels the price was good along with a fast and friendly service from start to finish.

I recently had new glass installed in my bedroom window, and I’m very pleased with the result. The installer was professional, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. I have had problems with opening and shutting some of my windows saw an advertisement for this company so I left a message. They contacted me the following day sent somebody round to do a survey and within the week they were fixed. I am so pleased with the repairs and I know I would definitely contact them again if I needed another repair I wouldn't wait so long.

I hired 1st Call to initially fix my attic window lock and replace a damaged window. They were that professional and trustworthy I asked them to fix my broken external door handle and locking mechanism. The technician arrived on time, was extremely polite, and diagnosed the issues immediately. The repairs were completed efficiently and clean-up was spotless. I was somewhat apprehensive using a Window “Repair” Company as I’ve had issues with Window Installer Companies in the past so unsure how this was going to be different. I am please to confirm my apprehension was unneeded. 1st Call were helpful and upfront & did the required repairs without issue.

The firm came, measured up and provided a very reasonable quote to fix some double glazed units that had become faulty.
Excellent communication and the installation was done in a professional manner.
The installer was polite and cleaned up after himself.

I would highly recommend 1st class Windows and doors from start to finish lee who installed our door and window was very polite and efficient. Lee cleaned up after himself and took my old door away I wouldn't hesitate to use them again one happy customer x
