There courses are easy to access and follow along. The course fees are very reasonable too. They are also quick to help with queries too. So far I have done at least two courses with them and thanks to how easy they were to follow along, I passed with flying colours.

Study at home.

I found being able to study at home is ideal when juggling work and home life.
Courses are a reasonable price and help is at hand if required and study materials are easy to follow.
Great to improve your qualifications.

Avoid!!!! Total waste of time and money

Purchased Prince2 Agile foundation course back in July 2024, Been waiting my exam voucher for over a month now.

Just like the others, I tried to contact their support team and asks for some timescale & resolution to this delay. No response as usual

I have now contacted my bank and issued a charge back request.

Absolutely appalling service

Excellent courses

1Training has a great range of courses available, many if them free of charge. They are laid out well and the content is explained in detail. While I was initially suspicious of whether the website was legit or not, I can confidently say I'm very happy I decided to sign up for their courses.

like innovative ideas and creativity. But actually I don't like with no innovation and un talented.
The company must make research feasibility study and customer promotion.
They can improve with marketing research and to hiring well experienced Team.

A lot of information was not shared…

A lot of information was not shared during initial phone call when starting the course. I was told I could book my exam when I felt ready, however I couldn’t I had to wait till I had paid last installement. Still waiting to do my exam, nearly 8 months in. Request for your exam voucher as soon as possible. I have paid my last installment and have waited 23 business days and still no voucher. I have sent numerous emails, response it slow or not at all. The booklet that you need to do certain activities you will not get until you have booked your assessment, so basically after you have finished studying. That makes no sense, it would be handy to have the booklet to help with study. DO NOT BUY 6TH edition, the guy is terrible at teaching, the 7th edition is a lot better

I think I'll share the same experience as many others.I paid the course £500 and finished it about two months ago but until today only two emails I received from them with the eternal apologies that they are busy and I'll get that voucher. I told them very clearly that I don't want any more vouchers just to give me my money back or at least half of it.they are not trustworthy and honestly those positive reviews are fake . this is .... I lost a sum of money that I could have done something else with...honestly you have no shame and you lie to your customers.

I have found 1Trainning to be very helpful in helping me to gain further experience and also in learning new information and techniques which I have been able to apply to improve myself and my prospects.
I found their courses to be very interesting and enriched and full of examples to further clarify and illustrate the main points, thus giving more than one perspective. I would recommend 1Trainning for further courses. They represent good value and good investment.
