Brilliant Support
What sets this company apart is the support you receive from that first enquiry and the messaging to get you through sending those awkward photos of your teeth right through to the day of your signoff. 21D really care about you as a patient with your personal whatsapp messenger for any support to a dedicated facebook patients group so you can share any questions and get real life answers from people who have been through this before. Honestly, if you are thinking of having this done, with 21D you are not only in safe hands, you get a cosy hug also.

Having done some research I was always going to opt for 21D.
From my initial assessment to my full jaw replacements it was an amazing experience.
I’ve had my implants for 18 months now with no complaints.

Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely , the guy that done my service was nice and runinig late but he never jet washed between teeth and didn't say anything about the lump I still have on top right hand side of mouth, that you know about !

Don’t hesitate
From initial consultation through to surgery and sign off, 21D’s staff have been incredibly supportive and professional, answering any and all questions. I did a lot of research before committing to them and I have no regrets. When a company employs a lot of patients after their surgery, that should tell you how good their service is. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My new teef
All of the staff are incredibly friendly yet remain totally professional, I felt from my first assessment I had made the correct decision to go with 21D. Information supplied about the treatment was initially a little overwhelming but the incredible staff take time to explain how and why things are done. Equipment is state of the art making the procedure for me quick and relatively painless. Support following the procedure, the 21D goody bag and info on the initial month after treatment was first class.
I can recommend them as the perfect solution to restore a beautiful smile as well as a new found ability to eat a wider range of food. They make you feel special as a patient and a person.

Had my both jaws done at first absolutely terrified lol but it was smooth non painful and so well worth it the end result brilliant staff brilliant so good wish I had done it soon can not fault one bit from start to finish

The whole process from the initial assessment to having the surgery has been amazing! All the staff make you feel so welcome and relaxed, everything is explained in great detail. Surgery was absolutley amazing. Had my surgery on 18th May 2026 it was carried out with great care and professionalism. I suffered with eating, smiling, not going out the house no holidays for years Now i have my life back thanks to 21D. Don't hesitate, go for it, you won't regret it.

6month review
I have waited 6months to do my review, wanted to give things plenty of time to heal/adapt.
From initial contact to check up 1 month after treatment 21D service and customer support has been 2nd to none!
All staff were polite, helpful, professional and friendly.
I stayed in a local hotel and was picked up and dropped back by company taxi service…. excellent service.
I had my treatment 23/12/2025 after a healing period, I can now eat anything I want to, without pain or discomfort.
I am extremely pleased with the results; friends and family have been very complimentary.
This has improved my confidence and socialising!!
I clean regularly and use my electric glosser both provided by 21D.
I have had issues with biting the inside of my mouth but given time this has significantly reduced.
I would definitely recommend 21D if you are considering implants.
