Annual Review
It was noticed at my annual review that my bite wasn't quite right. I was told I would be given another appointment to have full data capture done and it would be sorted. I wouldn't have been home 1/2 an hour when 21D were on the phone arranging my appointment for the following week. I attended the following week and everything was carried out in a professional manner. The staff gave 1st class service. Again I couldn't praise or recommend 21D enough.

I can't stop smiling
I first reached out to 21D in February 2026 and right from that first contact knew that I'd chosen the correct company to put the smile back on my face.
From the excellent support that I received during the full clinical assessment at Lutterworth in March, the fantastic work carried out during the surgical reset in Warrington at the end of May to the amazing work carried out by all the staff during the data capture and sign off in Lutterworth today I could not have wished for a more caring, professional company.
No more hiding my teeth behind my hand, making excuses for having my camera turned off on video calls or feeling embarrassed about talking in public. I have my confidence back - thank you 21D

What a fantastic experience from initial consultation right through to the operation and full jaw implants top and bottom.
All done to a fixed price, 21D has an amazing team of experts and facilities that are second to none!
You will not be disappointed if you select 21D for the implants and I only wish I had done it ten years earlier!

I had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
The clinic was clean, well-organised, and ran on time. The treatment was carried out with care and attention to detail, and I felt well looked after throughout the visit.

Highly recommended From start to finish I was always…
From start to finish I was always greeted with a smile, reassurance and made to feel relaxed. The actual procedure was something I was rather nervous about but the team immediately put me at ease and it seemed no time at all until it was finished. Even played my favourite music. I no longer have to carry adhesive wherever I go, be careful what I choose to eat, can taste the flavour of food, no more discomfort. Stratos was amazing, he was so kind and talked me through the procedure. He is the best. I would like to thank all of the staff for their courtesy, kindness, and professionalism they are all second to none. I would like to say a huge thank you to them all for making my life more enjoyable.
Lastly, I would like to know who put such a wonderful team together 🤔😊

21D, absolutely amazing from start to finish.
I suffered from gum disease for many years, that's until I walked into 21D Clinical in Birchwood. I honestly thought that my gum disease was beyond help, but to my surprise, the assessment team said they could get this sorted for me. That was the day my life completely changed. 21D kept me informed every step of the way ,and whats really great is that there is always someone there to answer any questions you may have and to offer you support and reassurance. 21D use all different platforms to keep in touch, just a quick WhatsApp message and they're there, putting your mind at rest, whatever time of day it may be. I can't even begin to explain how much my new smile has changed my life, so please, please dont suffer, life is way too short, let 21D help you. If I got asked by anyone would I recommend 21D Clinical, my answer would be 100% yes, without hesitation. Thank you so so much to all the team at 21D Birchwood, for all your help and support, you've given me my confidence back, and a smile to be proud of.
