2nd Swing Golf Avis 98

I was assured I could return a set of irons I changed my mind about because of two week delay as a result of winter storms. I was given an RMA# for the return.

I paid $269.99 for the irons, but they only refunded about $184.00 to PayPal.

Today I got an email saying the condition of the MP-57 irons I sent were below average, and not average as I had valued them. The reason: heavily worn and brown areas on face and soles. These irons were NOT worn as described.

Because they are forgings, and because Mizuno irons tend to wear on the faces because of heavy use, they want to claim that mine were extremely worn.

Beware of doing business with 2nd Swing. They have lost my business....

Just visit the Columbia store today 2/27/21. Do not trade your clubs in at this place took my 5 wood around the corner to Golf Galaxy and got $44 dollars more than what 2nd Swing was offering. The young man was slightly rude at the counter. I will not be returning this is not the first time, but it surely will be my last.

Have to agree with the negative reviews regarding trade/sell your clubs. After delay after delay in "evaluating" what was a new Ping driver I sent them, they then claimed twice a check was sent. Never received. When I contacted, they blame it on their office staff and delay again. I also found "my " driver on the site for double what they would have paid me. A true rip off company. Do business elsewhere.

Got a putter fitting from Brad Harrison. Checked putter type, alignment, loft and lie. Tweaked the loft and lie and WOW! What a difference to even the sound the strike makes. Balls roles true. Thanks Brad. Time to go make some $$$$.

I sent my clubs into them and filled out their form. I was expecting around $200 for my clubs. They sent me back a thing and were only going to reimburse me $100. I even sent them some extra clubs but one of my drivers had a slight dent in it that did not affect the performance. I was disappointed because I could've traded the clubs and locally and receive more for them than I did when sending them in. I would just caution anyone to be careful when sending in clubs to them as you may not get exactly what you think you will be getting.

Ordered a right handed mini one driver. When it was received it was a left handed driver. When I called to see if I can switch club out they want me to purchase a new one and they'll send tha. I can get a refund when they get left habded club back.... honestly the mistake isn't on me to purchase a new club for you to send. As far as customer service its more of a phone line that is alright with taking problematic phone calls and not caring about the problem. As far as sending the club back lets see if they refund the purchase. Wouldnt recommend this company. Snake oil company

This company is a rip off. They quoted me 154.00 trade in on 8 Mizuno irons and nearly one month after waiting and three phone calls later they paid me $98.00. I have traded clubs for years with Callaway preowned and they have always stood behind their quotes and credited your account in less than two weeks. My clubs had all new grips and were in very good condition. DO NOT use them for trades.

They overstate the value of your trade-you pay shipping
Then they tell you you will get half the valuation due to their “inspection”
If you want the clubs back you pay

Do not use them to "Trade In" your old clubs. They severely undervalue your clubs. It is not worth the effort to trade them in.

Customer service was really poor. In order to avoid helping you, they basically just lie and hope you don't figure out what happened. Just go to a real golf shop and save yourself the headache.

Was recommended 2nd Swing by fellow club member. Site very impressive and attempted to order , however, this is when the nightmare started.The order was rejected due to what 2nd Swing said that billing address did not match shipping address ? After 3 emails to 2nd Swing ,2 attempted phone calls from Australia and 4 phone calls to my Bank I’m still no clearer as to why my order was rejected . I’ve had no problems ever ordering online and this is extremely frustrating . My bank HSBC could not help me and said they would get back to me . I’m still waiting !

I'm a senior citizen and was looking to improve my iron play. I was fortunate to find 2nd Swing in Delaware about and 1 1/2 hours from my home. I scheduled a fitting with Max Bock and was not disappointed. I was leaning toward a certain manufacturer however after results of launch angle, club speed, spin rate and bunch of other information I learned about, I ended up going with another. Golf is more than just seeing how far you can hit the ball. Friendly and courteous start to finish. I'm certain I received the " Max " from my iron fitting.

Just had an iron fitting with Max Bock at the Delaware store. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my new set of clubs. Introduced me to several clubs, shafts and grips! I am very happy with the outcome and would advise any of my friends to look Max up!

Gary was great, he though of my needs. I will return.

Recently visited the Columbia MD store interested in a new sand wedge. Received excellent service by Gary Cricks extremely knowledgeable and assisted me in a new purchase of Ping sand wedge. Gary inquired about my game and fully understood what I was looking for and would be best for me. He also suggested I may need to upgrade to a new grip to enhance the real. Would highly recommend 2nd swing and above all Gary, will definitely be visiting again.

Bought a set of Taylormade CGB clubs from them, they dual-list on Amazon on some of their sets as well so you can cash in on 5% back if you have an amazon card.

They’re authorized with Taylormade to be an online retailer, they have a physical store (multiple I believe), and take photos of the actual clubs you’ll be buying (if buying used like I did). Added plus of no sales tax since I bought from TX, killer deal and product was as described!

Clubs were authentic, competitively priced, and their customer service phone line is very friendly and responsive.

I will be shopping here again and would recommend to my colleagues!

I had a bunch of older clubs that I wanted to trade in, which is why I first wanted to try this company out. Sending back the clubs was a fairly straight forward process although I wasn't thrilled with the prices they were giving me. You can either get paid via check our take a gift card, which I chose to do because I was going to buy a new driver and fairway wood. After I placed my order, I did not receive a confirmation email or anything. I checked in a week later to see the status of my order and I was told that my order was with Callaway and they would ship me the clubs. Wait, what? Why would I place my order with 2nd Swing if they do not have the clubs in stock? It makes no sense, it would be faster to order it right through Callaway. After two weeks, I called back in to 2nd Swing to ask the status of when I could expect the clubs and the customer service rep could not give me an exact date. That is not acceptable to me. I finally received the order three weeks later. It would also be nice if you had an upcharge shipping option so clubs could be delivered quicker.
