I think this site is a little misleading and I usually read through things pretty well . They do great with filling out your paperwork for you but other than that ??? I purchased the full package because it said they do the full service for you EASY! So what I did not realize was they dont serve the paperwork to other party and you have to pay another big fee for them to file the courts for you ! They take forever to get back to you, so instead of using them for the rest of the process because I didn't get any messages back , i did my own research and began the divorve paperwork again myself . From beginning to end filling out the forms online and e-filing for free ( fee waiver) it took me 25 minutes total !! I wish i would have known this before paying them 500 dollars for NOTHING!!! Do it yourself dont pay these guys !! ( would give them half a star )

Like others have said - it seems too good to be true. They were quick to respond when taking my money over a year ago, but they can’t even handle my ultra simple, no kids, non contested, previously agreed to by my ex and I - divorce. They have stopped responding to my emails now, when I call they say oh a supervisor will be calling you back. No one calls. Now I’m going to try and get a refund which who knows how that will go. They’ve costed me tens of thousands in additional tax liabilities failing to get this done in 14 months. Complete scam. Save your money. Hire a real divorce attorney. Wish I had never even hired these fools.

It had me rate before I could see the finished product. My documents were not all completed with the information I provided. I could have filled them out myself for free if I didn't need a little guidance. This was a lot of money just to fill in the forms and was not what I needed.

Some directions are based in legalese, but chat explained these questions professionally and thoroughly. Haven’t finished process yet, but if things go as well with the rest I will be a VERY HAPPY DIVORCEE

It took me two calls, but I finally got thru to a customer service rep who then got things moving quickly for me. Not done yet, but hopefully things will continue to go smoothly. Will update at the end.

Very easy process. Website was user friendly. Directions were easy to understand. Called with a question the next day, was pleased with customer service. Sorry to have to use this website, but glad it was there for me when I needed to understand the process. Very easy to navigate...

All the paperwork and everything was completed really easily and fast and if I had any questions, I had to pick up the phone and called and a person answered, and you get to talk to a real person that means a lot nowadays

Terrible customer service! I signed up for this service and the forms were not compatible with our situation so we had to hire an attorney. Three times I requested a refund and stop payment without any response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE to anyone. It's. not quick, nor easy to fill out.

I knew it sounded too good to be true. It took months and sending emails to actually get our papers mailed to us. Can not buy a house until the divorce is done and our lives are basically on hold because of this company. Got the papers in mail to sign and send back and some are outdated and can’t be used. I ended up having to hire an attorney to draft up paperwork for us. I have already paid 3 Step Divorce to file for us so sent in emails asking for that portion back since we won’t be using them to file. I was nice enough not to ask for whole thing, but I’m being met with complete silence. I’m so upset and will never recommend this company. They need to make it right.

This company is not worth the extra headache on top of going through a emotional moment. I paid for the $399.00 service 05/30/2023 and still have not received an email. I called 06/20/2023 to ask what will be the next step and how long will this process take, the representative told me this can take 6 months to a year to complete. I told him on the website it said I should have had received an email after 5 days of me along with my Ex completing the questionnaire. Plus on the website it says 30 to 90 days to finalize your divorce. California is the only place that it can take up to 6 months. The representative then proceeded to tell me that he can't help me because he was not a lawyer to every question I asked. I then asked for a refund and the representative said go through your credit card company. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

A completely unreliable customer service. They sent me mails saying that they were filing my papers and after weeks of me writing back because my wife never received DocuSign and 3spetdivorce keep writing me to wait for it.
I finally was able to speak on the phone with costumer service and they said “sorry” we made an error, you lost all these weeks for no reason. I asked a refund but they said they can only say sorry.

After receiving a confirmation mail, it has been 4 months and I my husband has still not received his mail from these people inspite of many written and verbal requests over the phone. They are not the least bit interested in helping, doing what they say they will, and now are insisting that no refund will be given even though I was supposed to receive the forms for signing 5 days after the confirmation mail. This is a scam of the worst order. Never, ever use this service. I did the paperwork and it took me 20 minutes to file myself at the courthouse. What a terrible way to do business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

So easy and user friendly. Fill in questions and everything is printable with all information. Thanks so much guys.

I'm so upset. I read great things about this company and it has not only been a headache but my entire life and finances are stalled because of them. Twice I had no answer after repeated emails and calls for at least three months. The first time there was something wrong with paperwork and nobody told me. The second time, they did not receive confirmation from the courts from FEBRUARY when it is supposed be back in a week. Something I would never know. I was told they would check why and someone would call me back. Again, no return call. I call again, no record of my last call after the guy was like I swear someone will call you back this time. I have spent 1000 dollars on this service and court fees. A year of my time. I am still paying my exes health insurance and other finances tied up as well as wanting to get re married. and I do not even get a call back.
