Very slow delivery, no communication, average quality..
Ordered on 30th November 2022. Conformation said I would receive an email when it would be shipped. Was hoping to receive it before christmas, but understood that might be difficult. Did not receive any updates. In January send an email to request an update. This email got a delivery error. When I tried a few days later, again delivery error. In the mean time I would get emails from them with new sales and codes. Week later I tried one last time to send an email, which was at least delivered. Luckily I had decided to use Klarna (delayed payment option) for my delivery, so I had not paid yet. But had to postpone the paymentt constantly. After not hearing for one more week I decided to just send them an email to cancel my order (this is the only way to reach them). After sending an email complaining about the service and therefore wanting to cancel my order, I received a shipping confirmation. Random?? I did not receive any email from them afterwards.. However, I received the 2 shirts eventually at the end of January (2 months after they were ordered). The quality of the shirts is not that great and definitely not worth the 60eu including shipping that I paid for them. I will keep the shirts as I do not want to go through the troubles of sending them back as there is probably no way to do that. They do not respond to emails anyway.
In the mean time I keep getting posts on socials about them, so I guess they are still selling stuff..
Would never order here (again). Not worth the troubles.

Bezahlt aber keine Lieferung.
Habe bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Habe eine Bestellbestätigung aber keine Rechnung bekommen. Dann eine EMail, dass der Versand aufgrund hohen Aufkommens verzögert wird. Ich hab zwei Mails geschrieben aber keine Antwort bekommen. Stattdessen täglich Werbemails von anmalove. Habe eine 2 Wochen Frist gesetzt, aber keine Antwort und keine Ware bekommen.
Werde mein Geld von Bank zurück buchen lassen und diese Woche wg Betrug Anzeige bei der Polizei erstatten.

Keine Reaktion auf E-Mails. Zugesagte Austausch eines Artikels in einer Nummer größer hat nicht stattgefunden. Nach einer Recherche bei marketconsultive angerufen, welche in den Datenschutzbestimmungen aufgeführt ist. Auch bei Facebook keine Rückmeldung. Das Impressum ist nicht eindeutig. überall stehen andere Anschriften. Finger weg. Ich habe jetzt weitere Schritte eingeleitet.

Ein Stern ist schon zuviel, geht leider nicht anders. Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet, der angebotene Rabatt kann im Zahlvorgang nicht eingegeben werden, eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht. Hände weg!!
