Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Just called up for a quotation and was told they couldn't do it. When asked to have an email sent so I could send the designs over I was told it had to be done after the weekend. Utter reluctance and useless customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Frustrating, Unreliable, Poor Quality - AVOID!
We has Mugs printed, which took about 3 attempts to get right in the first place. As they couldn't open the file type that their website had actually asked for. Then they arrived about two weeks later, which seemed like a long waiting time for 36 one print mugs.
The print was faded on some, smudged on others and just wonky on others, it was awful quality, plus one was smashed to bits on arrival too.
Instead of sending better quality replacements and forgetting about the 12 crap ones, like any other decent company would have. They have apparently been repeatedly sending an APC courier to collect the bad ones. Which the first time was sent away by someone who didn't know why they were here (because no-one at 4imprint had told us they were coming, so we have no idea why they were here!)
Second time of collection (which didn't even need to happen in the first place) driver has falsely claimed that he visited our offices and was turned away twice in one day! I know that to be completely incorrect as I was in the office all day along with 3 other staff members all of which confirmed they have not seen or spoken to an APC driver st all. Someone is telling porky's.
I would never use them again, do not waste your time or money. AVOID!
Wasting Masses of Paper, Massive Lack of Communication
They relentlessly send catalogues wasting masses of paper despite numerous e-mails and phone calls. No response whatsoever to e-mails.
I don't know how they seem to get every person's name in the company (who have absolutely nothing to do with ordering), send catalogues persistently, and then expect us to call up every single time we receive a catalogue and remove that particular one from the system.
Failed to meet delivery time as they stated
Seemed great until the delivery was late, as the courier stated the delivery location was closed. As we are a 24-hour hospital I do not understand how we would have been closed. We then had to wait two working days for our delivery, even though we ordered with an express delivery

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service VERY POOR response times and failed to deliver even samples as requested. Also they initially offered to provide samples free of charge then when confirmation of samples was received they wanted to sell me them. Unreliable and unpredictable steer well clear of this company as the many many bad reviews suggest dealings with this bunch of cowboys will only end in disappointment. !!!
Over and beyond
Nicola and her team went over and beyond helping us with an order that went astray in the post. I am writing this review a bit late, but the imprint their customer service left in my head still brings a smile to my face. Great company with people who care. 5 stars.
Unreliable, Unprofessional, Inconsiderate

I ordered online which seemed simple though no one got back to me to confirm my artwork until 2 days later.
Then went back and fourth asking about designs etc wasted another 3 days because Dawn Lees doesn't answer her phone.
After wasting 5 days at this point, she came back to me to say they were out of stock!! What kind of establishment is this?
Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. One think I hate the most is unreliability.
1st time
1st time, they failed to deliver expected quality
2nd time, they failed to bother with my need for a VAT receipt to claim back on exit at airport
3rd time, I just got the feeling they felt they were doing me a favour taking my money. Same with 4th time. So I did a re-think...
...AND! I finally did ME a favour and looked elsewhere. Found better products and same thereabout price! What was I doing keeping their catalogues for?
Waste of my dustbin space...and my time and patience. PASS!

Changed my artwork that I sent to them print ready, and are now charging me for their mistake, awful service after the order. AVOID!!
