4th dimension answered my initial call very promptly, took all of my details and arranged for a member of the claims team to call. Anita from the claims team contacted me the next day and very clearly explained the procedure that would take place.

Following from my motorcycle being stolen from my house, I had my claim dealt with by Kevin at 4th Dimension who made contact with me almost immediately, requesting documentation and information. At each point during the process, the response was swift. Once all the information had been sorted, the offer was sent within 48hrs and following acceptance, the settlement was transferred to my account within 24hrs. From what was a very upsetting situation with the loss of my motorbike, they dealt with the claim quickly

Dealt with 4th Dimension through my insurance provider (HastingsDirect). They handled the valuation of the bike and explained the process. In particular Damiano who was my contact.
I had a few questions which I directed to them via email, and was always pleasantly surprised over how quickly they got back to me, and at the same time answering the questions clearly and concisely. I felt like I was always in the loop and with a personalised service as the replies often came within minutes. I am very satisfied.

Graham kept me up to date on arrival time and collected bike on time. Took care explaining hire bike to me and took care with my bike and explaining all the next steps. Was reassuring at a stressful time. Would recommend the service .
