The staff is nice and the food is great. Whenever I just want a nice, juicy burger I'm here. I don't eat here that often, but when I do plan on eating here I'm always excited for my meal.

Went to 5 guys Cambridge. Staff were friendly but was £15 for a really greasy and gristly burger with almost black bacon I'm and mostly soggy fries.

It comes down to the food and it was really bad. Also didn't sit nice after...

5Guys, must be the best burger in town, really amazing. Its not a cheep option, but supper tasty compared to the big mac and the others. The vanilla shake is also great and highly recommended. The stuff are always very welcoming and friendly. Great experience

Good service , but a little over priced.

Visited the Piccadilly branch in London. Ordered our food waiting for service to shout out our #12 order. Bloke standing in front of me knew all the staff, they all came over and elbow pumped him ( the staff do that to each other for hygiene reasons) asked him what his order number was. He replied #23. After #11 shouted out we readied ourselves next order was given to this bloke then order #13 & #14 shouted out. I called server over told him I'm number 12 where is my food. He said someone else must have taken the order. I said you just gave it to your mate who has order #23 just then the other server was shouting out order #23 which went uncollected.he asked for my receipt.i said give me a refund I've waited 15 mins will go to McDs and actually receive my order. He tries to fob me off saying stand over by the cashier she will give you your refund. I had to literally shout at him to get my receipt back. Now I'm very unhappy. Cashier was doing a massive order completly ignored me so I found manager. Repeated the incident told him give me refund now,I pointed out server who gave my food order to his mate. He didn't care then miraculously my order #12 arrived nearly 30 mins late. It wasn't exactly what we had ordered but it was food. I complained to head office saying this is why you charge nearly £25 for 2 burgers 1 fries 1 drink because your staff are ripping you off. No reply.so 5 Guys good burger but crumby food service 0 customer sservic.a big F you to your over paying customers

My husband and I went to 2 different 5 guys on our trip to Minnesota from Illinois. I don’t remember the towns names, but I surely will be going back. They were friendly, the food was great. Only one thing I would add to the menu would be some melted cheese for the delicious fries.

Keep up the good taste and additional ingredients! Absolutely love your burgers and cheese dogs! andddd fries! Smashing it!

I think it is ok. The service was really nice.

After hearing a good review about 5 Guys on TV, we decided to try it on a shopping trip to the Trafford Centre, Manchester. Why did I bother! The food was ABYSMAL and overcooked. My cheese burger was just about edible, but my wife had a BLT, which arrived on a small bun with a slice of tomato and lettuce on top of bacon strips that were so burnt they looked like charcoal. With 2 bottles of water £22. Grossly OVERPRICED garbage. Don't waste your money - go to McDonalds. At least you know what to expect there.

Very Good Experience. Juicey Burgers

I called Five Guys HQ five times to report a horrible experience I had at their Fort Totten DC store. Prior to calling HQ, I called their customer service call center and was told someone from HQ management would call me back within 48 hrs to address the issue. I was NEVER contacted by anyone. I left a voicemail twice with the Public Relations POC and the HQ operator took messages also to hand deliver to the Public Relations POC.

It is clear why the Five Guy store locations disrespect and mistreat customers -- they are a reflection of their HQ who don't prioritize the needs and concerns of customers. To have a policy that someone will return your call in 48 hrs and the customer has to call HW multiple times -- to still not receive a callback -- is bad business.

I will no longer patronize Five Guys at ANY location. ZBurger in DC has superior food quality and GREAT customer service.

Businesses don't thrive without clients/customers. Don't spend your money with a company who can care less about you receiving quality food and customer service!
