Tropical Smoothie Café Avis 

The tropical smoothie at the Shoppes of Bartram Park is horrible. I don’t have a problem with any other ones except for there. The manager McCoy is useless. I tried to express my concerns, but nothing gets done.

My experience was very good because they we’re very nice to me and took my order very well and we’re very polite and I really appreciated the service.

The person at the window was very kind and helpful! The food came out very quick and it tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

There was only one person, Laiba, working. I didn't understand a promotion but she explained it kindly and efficiently despite managing mobile orders, phone calls and people ordering in the store. My order was correct the store was very clean.

Tropical smoothie cafe can’t get orders right. They don’t even look at options you choose. What you opt out they put it anyway. You request sides but don’t get them. I’ve had enough and had to write a review. Just awful!

I have ordered multiple times from the one in Sasche Texas to Uber Eats and they have always left an item or two off my order. They never place items with the order and the Uber driver do not know this and they leave my order behind! I am so sick now tired of this because the order is expensive per Uber eats and thr food. CS

They had a deal where you purchase a food item and get a free smoothie. I didn't see this and bought an acai bowl. After that, I bought a smoothie and saw the sign and asked if I could get my smoothie free and they said it had to be in the same order?!?

On Sept 9, 26 the employee overslept so the store was closed when I went to pick up the order. Another employee finally arrived and said the manager would issue me a refund. Still no refund 2 weeks later. Have called several times and the manager is never there. Employees never know when she is scheduled to work.

Heretohelp@tropicalsmoothie... is useless. They never responded so I waited on hold for 45 min to actually talk to someone from the Corporate office. Of course they refuse to do anything because they said the store manager can only issue a refund. Store manager is not responding to them either.

Wanted to Thanks Christian W I think is his name on the Cafe on Cheyenee and Buffalo, He is AWESOME he has the Dreeds, if that help..but everytime I go in there and I go pretty much everyday. He is ALWAYS Service with a Smile, and Works Quickly. I never have a long wait at all, He is very Delightful to work with. Very nice Young man. I hope I have his name correct. as I nick name him My Favorite :) My Smoothies are always VERY Tastely.

So delicious I want to come back every day! Staff are AMAZING! 100000000/10 recommend

I used to work at tropical smoothie cafe in gonzales la they were fake to me they complained about me and talked behind my back they made sure I got fired for an attitude I never had they even put me on the schedule more and they were planning to fire me for a while at that point but I was never aware of that I will say my coworkers except for the leaders were great and very nice Courtney who got fired was supposed to come and talk to me to tell me I was fired but never did I then got ghosted by the head manager for three days I kept asking and asking for answers I had to find out by me being not put on the schedule the head leader texted me and said she would call me the next day but she never did I had to wait three days three days of being ignored i am 16 years old that was my first job I deserve to have answers instead of telling me right away after they planned to fire me they ghosted me for three days that is very unprofessional the food is good but the leaders except for dereon are not good leaders there very unprofessional and do not know how to go about things they also would make faces about the customers in the back when they needed something

I visited the Tropical Smoothie Café on 23 Mile Road in Shelby Township today, 9/9, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience.

First, I want to mention that Olivia took my order, and she was extremely sweet, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciated her customer service.

However, the employee preparing the food gave my order to another customer. Does your location put customers’ names on their orders? If so, shouldn’t the employee be calling out the customer’s name before handing over the food? I was very uncomfortable knowing that another customer had handled my food before it was given to me.

I was also given a rotten banana. I honestly don’t understand how a banana in that condition could be given to a customer. There was also no salsa included with my quesadilla, even though it was part of my order.

This is now my second negative encounter with the same employee, and unfortunately, it has gotten to the point where I will drive out of my way to visit another Tropical Smoothie location rather than return to this one.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because I normally expect better from Tropical Smoothie Café, and these are issues that I feel should be addressed with the staff at this location.

Paige in Janesville was very patient with our questions and indecision! Love this location, always clean and friendly.
