Tropical Smoothie Café Avis 

The store is always very clean and the service is very prompt. My favorite smoothie is the peanut paradise with pea protein.
When I went in the other day Beverly greeted me and she was so kind and had a warming smile! Great customer service.... I will definitely will be going back for my favorite smoothie :)

I did an online order, received the email receipt w/ confirmation of payment. When I showed up at the Livonia MI Location they had no record of my order. I showed the manager my email receipt w/ payment verification and she ubruptly informed me that they did NOT have my order and she would not make it for free even w/ my email receipt and I could pay for another order and figure out how to get my money back on my online order....for $17.xx dollars...she offered no other resolution and I would have made sure they got paid if there was a glitch in the payment because I order there often....I thought her response was rather rude and deffinately did not have any customer service vibes...I won't be ordering from that location again because of her.

I was served uncooked food. I returned it to store and and requested a refund. The employee seen upset that i didn’t want then to remake it and that I wanted a refund. She said the manager would contact me. Til this day i have not been contacted neither have i been refunded.Will never visit the Irving/Los Colinas location.Poor service, terrible food, no empathy

I frequently order from there and have grown to like them. However, today, I ordered and they were out of blueberry’s which was no issue, I order a different drink. When my food arrived, the drinks had no caps, were covered in plastic wrap, and melted.

The cafe in Rockford is great. Really good food and smoothies. Excellent customer service provided by Gianna. Very pleasant and helpful when I have questions about the menu. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommend.

Meridian location was awesome Ericka service and good food. Tae recommended the flatbread chicken bacon ranch very good everything was a 10/10

False advertising and misleading ingredients. You think you're getting a fruit and vegetable smoothie? Wrong. They dump a bunch of turbinado (sugar) and who knows what else in it.

I went to the Tropical smoothie cafe on Buford hwy and it was amazing!! I had a girl named Gwen take my order and she was the best, and so sweet!! Just amazing service from her!😃

They got all of our orders wrong when we said it completely clear and she wrote it down and still messed it up do not go to the one near pompano citi centre

Never EVER give me my change back. genuinely shorted me for a dollar today. i gave $20.57 for a purchase of 6.57 and she gave me 13. every time i make a purchase they keep the change. customer service is absolutely horrible everyone is so monotone. do not recommend.

I had the worst experience at tropical smoothie with a girl named Bethany. I have never been treated with such animosity and I will never go there again.

The girl let me stand in line, and when I got up to order, she said, "Sorry, we are closed."

Do not have your child get a first job here!! The owner/trainer will yell at your child and be ridiculously mean if they make something the wrong way, even if they weren’t trained prior to do it. My sister is 15 years old with her first job and had left a bad first experience with working. So unbelievably ridiculous that she came home crying because some random man yelled at her for making a wrap wrong.

Store in Fleming Island FL - I go into the store at least 2x a week if not more. The staff is courteous, energetic and helpful. My normal order isn’t the easiest but they get it right almost every time. And if it’s wrong they correct it! Can’t ask for more than that!!

My husband is in hospice and has stopped eating. However, each morning I stop to get him a Mango Magic. During my last stop the employee made just a little extra and I asked them to put it in a cup for my husband instead of throwing it down the drain. They refused and said it was policy. I know this isn’t true because the night before they gave the extra to my sisters grandson. What kind of greedy company would throw out a couple of extra ounces of smoothie to help sustain a dying man. Disgusting. No longer a lucrative and loyal customer and I will spread the word about their inconceivable “policy”.
