First all their contact methods are disconnected, they don’t respond or acknowledge.
The Georgetown, Texas location on Williams Drive should be shut down the service. There is absolutely nonexistent.

Not only are the smoothies bland with no taste, the fruit bowls have old fruit in them .The lack of professionalism is very concerning to me. They hired a single mother of 3 to join there team . promising a managers position and a 4 dollar increase per hour if she left her current job where she was a shift manager and joined them. When she agreed she took them for there word and never got anything in writing so once she left her job she had no choice but to stay with the company even though they lied to her about her position and pay as they did to almost everyone they hired .don't tip them because they don't get there tips ,and this girl had to deal with mean.
, jealous and rude wanna be important person who belittled her and embarrassed her everytime she worked. There was never an issue till this shift leader was working .also this shift leader would sayshe had a masters degree to try to make this employee feel bad .I wouldn't be telling that to people if I worked as a shift leader at tropical smoothie! anyway I know this to be true because it is my daughter who was treated so poorly,along with several other people who were promised work and were fired shortly after! 22 people I believe since they opened.oh and the rotten fruit yeah my daughter told them it was rotten on several different occasions and they said use it anyway. So just to let people know how vestal ny smoothie is operated! just wanted people to know the facts.

I went to the Tropical Cafe in Dixon and was greeted by Carmen as soon as I walked in. The environment was very clean, and all of the employees were kind, happy, and professional. The excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere made for a great experience

I went to get two smoothies on may 20th just for a lady who works at Jerricko turnpike to complain under her breathe saying “these people” just because napkins were finished.

Service was slow. I had to tell the cashier and cook not to add bacon to the sandwich. The cook seems to have an attitude.

My husband and I go to tropical smoothie quite a lot. One day the drive through was particularly busy ( it was busy inside too) I was extremely pleased at how fast everything kept moving. The manager, Aaron, was working the drive through window. He was efficient and kind. Our orders are always right and served quickly. Very well run in Defiance Ohio !

I ordered one of the new Tropiboba Bowls, the berry one specifically, and I don’t know how tropiboba sounds like very berry açaí, but after I waited for 5 minutes to get my order, I saw there was no bowl, I asked what happened and Sam P said that I ordered the drink and I must have miss spoken! Unbelievable 1/5 stars, server was annoying and cocky. Will not go back to the Oswego location again!

I would give negative 10 if they had , horrible experience every time i go there, they are short staffed, take 25 mins to deliver ur order , get everything wrong u ordered, they don’t pay attention to what u asked, no professional courtesy, this place i don’t even how they are still operating will never ever go to this place again all 3 times were horrible experience . This is my first review for any store r any online i shopped in my 15 years , that bad this place is.

I used the app and earned rewards. I went to one store to redeem it and they couldn’t get it to work. They said there was nothing they could do.

I went to another store a few weeks later, and tried to redeem a different award, and again the same thing happened.

The different manager said there was nothing they could do

Why have an app when it doesn’t work? I for one won’t be back. And I was a happy customer. It’s sad.

Making a smoothie is fairly easy. Making a smoothie you come back for day after day is something the grapevine tx location does best. Offering personalized service with a great product. KUDOS to the the team!!!!!

I placed an order for a wrap and smoothie combo Watchung NJ while I was told my order was on its way I received a message stating my order was canceled. I called the manager Jimmy who told me to call him in 1 hour as he was going to call Door Dash to resolve gave him 2 hours called and he did not even know what I was speaking about. I will never purchase from that store again and a regular customer I feel disrespected and customer service is poor. I am going to my bank for a charge back and Jimmy you lost a customer you suck..
