It is not possible to give less than 5STARS to this amazing young entrepreneur and his talented Indian chefs. I have had 3 meals so far and each has been different and very authentic tasting. The spicing in each is spot on. For me I add the least amount of recommended hot water and pre warm the bowl. The results have been scrummy! Great for at home or away in the Campervan.

On my third batch of these products. We really enjoy the flavours - they are so much more than the usual westernised curries on the market everywhere, I am vegetarian and my partner is vegan and we love curry so these are ideal. The price is fair too - compare it to a curry ready meal in the supermarket. Had a great experience with customer service as well when Royal Mail lost the package - replacement sent out immediately which arrived the next day. Happy customers here,

I read the 2 star reviews and honestly my experience is completely different, so think there must be continual review and improvements. For me here are there reasons for giving 5 minutes to Dehli 5 stars:
1. Shipping - is quick, the products arrive very quickly, are packaged minimally, and as ordered (not a given today, unfortunately)
2. Cost - compared to a meal, these are very reasonable
3. Taste - All have been so delicious I've even rinsed out a package!
4. Quantity - these are 'just sizes'. They help me avoid eating too much! One pack does me at lunchtime
5. Calories - Yes, I watch those too. They are well proportioned for a meal
6. Nutritional value - while the meal is quick and easy the ingredients are whole. No chemicals, just lots of wonderful herbs and spices for flavouring.
7. Convenience - I make these at work (for lunch) boiling the kettle and leaving them in my thermos until I am ready to eat. Seriously, the time it would take to make even a sandwich- this wins hands down.

Am now on my second bundle and these have become a STAPLE in my kitchen! I do enjoy cooking but there are many days when I don’t feel like it… on those days I can eat these without feeling guilty because they’re healthy and don’t contain any artificial ingredients (that has always been my main issue with other convenience foods). Can’t wait for the new flavours they said are coming out soon! Oh and as for the prep… you literally add boiling water and they’re ready in minutes. Couldn’t be easier.

The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. They do as they say, in 5 mins you have a wonderful, authentic tasting Indian meal.
Customer service is excellent!

Good food, good company with genuine founders priding themselves with good customer service!
My only small criticism would be that sometimes the curries are too spicy (batches vary depending on the amount of chilli) but I appreciate this is down to personal taste. They still taste good but for us slightly less spicy would be perfect!

Very good selection of meals with a variety of heat levels and flavours.
I opted for the Flavours of India and curry bundles. I’ve had the Punjabi Chole.
Really excellent taste, good levels of spice and surprisingly filling. I opted for the cooking in a pan method so I could monitor the stirring and liquid levels and I did reduce the amount of liquid from 230ml to 200ml however. Glad I did as I think 230ml might have been too runny for me, but that’s personal preference. As with all these type of meals, you need to experiment to get your desired consistency.
These will be good for camping; hikes and quick on the go lunches. Just add water and boom.
All told - a banging little meal and can’t wait to dive into the next sachet.

Whilst this is a lovely idea, they really are quite bland, just mushy. There is an overall taste of salt, which is the very first impression, and it lasts throughout.
We've shared 4 of them so far and they all taste pretty much the same.
The water requirements (we chose the "add water and stand" method) asks for far too much water. You could easily knock off 50ml from the lower amount and it would still be runny.
Considering the price I won't be a repeat customer. Oh, and the instructions are still far too small and difficult to make out.

Sorry but much as I wanted to like this the three packs I ordered were awful. Tasteless papp. Yes they are convenient given you just add boiling water but to position this product as authentic Indian food is a very big stretch. It’s the equivalent of saying pot noodles is authentic Chinese.

Literally just had my second meal from the range and I've got to say these are so tasty!
Very easy to prepare...I've been having a single packet as a light lunch.
Quite spicy for me ..but the flavours and textures have been great...I look forward to trying more!

Really impressed my only criticism is on the package, instructions white on lime green background impossible to read.

This is far superior to the Indian takeaway. No preservatives. It tastes like homemade comfort food. No fridge or freezer needed. This has helped my busy work days and having filling flavourful breakfasts. I've ordered a multiple times already. I was surprised with a kind gesture with a hand written note from them.

I've recently tried their Upma. And I can't believe it is actually like what I used to get back home 😊

I got an 8 meal pack and was so happy that a few weeks later I went back to order a 24 pack. The quality of the curry is very high, great flavour and spicing, it really is restaurant grade. Preparation is super simple. The curries feel really healthy as well, just like homemade.

Other reviews have mentioned small portions, and whilst they aren't massive they are more than enough for lunch if you add some rice/bread. Given the price you could have 2 portions and it would still be good value! The packets are really light so super easy to carry to work, or whilst camping as I have done.

Cannot stress enough how much I like this product!

I've ordered twice now from 5 minutes to Delhi and will certainly continue to do so. Very impressed all round. The delivery both times was lightening quick (for my first order the delivery literally arrived about 12 hours after ordering).

I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Currys and they make the perfect easy office lunch. Everytime I prepare a portion someone in the office comments how nice it looks or smells.

The variety box is a must to try out all the very different flavours on offer, I've picked some favourites from there for future orders, particularly the Pav Bhaji and Veg Biryani.

My only very, very minor gripe is the website is quite clunky and most of the menu options seem to lead to the same overall pages, but that's hardly a deal breaker.

I’ve been a customer of 5minutestodelhi for about 12 months now. I was (and still am) blown away by the quality and authenticity of the food and the fact that it is so quick and easy to make is an added bonus. Fast food that’s high in quality, you don’t see that very often! On top of that I’ve always had an excellent service whenever I’ve ordered or needed to get in touch.

Wow! Firstly, delivery is really quick. The whole concept is amazing, especially handy if you're short on time to make lunch or dinner. But - and here's a big but - the meals taste amazing; authentic Indian tastes. Can't rate them highly enough

Absolutely the best Indian food I’ve tried since I’ve been here in the UK! The flavours are spot on and the spice profile is perfect! I hope they come up with new meals! The only gripe I’ve had with them is the amount of time it says it takes to rehydrate, you need to leave it for a little bit longer which I have no trouble doing, the dal fry and jeera rice has now become a staple for me
