Delays on paying withdrawals
I deposited £30 over 3 transactions which 888ladies accepted, however, when I attempted to withdraw £40 won like many others they claimed my name did not match the account and have requested id and a bill/bank letter. I have not had this issue before and it is questionable why the rigorous policy they have is not rigorous enough to prevent them taking money from an account they subsequently question. Still waiting on the withdrawal being actioned.

I joined the site as the rewards offered were good. I only joined for fun in total i was enjoying the game but after i spent £160 on the game i won £98 which i was happy with so i clicked withdraw then i had a message saying i had to verify who i was before they could pay out because my user name was different to my real name, (but they were happy to take my money without any hassle) i sent my driving licence and utility bill and they questioned my utility bill. Then they asked me again for a photo of my licence, then asked for a photo of me holding my licence then they want a copy of my bank statement but only in pdf format (which i cant download) now they saying they wont pay out untill they get a pdf copy of my bank statement. These emails been going on for over a week and about 5 times a day.
I dont recommend this site to anyone as ive now lost my winnings as im unable to download a copy of my bank statement.

I spoke to an agent in regards to not receiving my bonus
I spoke to an agent in regards to not having any promotion or bonuses in weeks the the 1st agent was very helpful and gave me a fuw bonuse opinion to choose from however I followed her instructions and I never received the bonus after I deposited so I spoke to the next agent and she was absolutely fantastic very Frendly fast in responding and quickly apologised for the 1st agents mistake.

Didn't like anything!
Thought I'd have a go with this site, as I'd had fun at bingo.
However the rules and instructions are so unclear! The sign up bonus/offers for new accounts are stupid! It was as clear as mud if ilI was playing with credits? Bonus offers? Real money? I didn't know what was going on. Tried to familiarise myself with all the account settings, and there doesn't even seem to be a button to withdraw anything if you win something!?
So all in all, I didn't enjoy anything. The site wasn't even intuitive to me or inviting to explore.
£10 wasted. I felt conned to be honest.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone who's new to online games.
