99 Bikes Avis 

Worst experience I’ve had at 99 Bikes. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made me feel humiliated instead of helping. The service was horrible from start to finish, and I left feeling completely disrespected. I would not recommend 99 Bikes to anyone looking for honest, professional customer service.

Not the best online experience to be honest.
Order arrived quite quickly and email communications prior were quite timely but issues with products themselves had left me disappointed. Firstly the glasses themselves are fine but the box they were in was completely covered with dirt and dust. A simple wipe down during the picking process should’ve taken place so minimal care exhibited at warehouse. Not a biggie just a call out on this.
Secondly the bike bibs ordered were men’s large yet they are so small I’d question the accuracy of the sizing from the manufacturer.
I’ve purchased countless amounts of bike gear over the years and never experienced such a discrepancy on size. I almost always buy Large on size with no issues so quite disappointing that I now need to return, at my expense, because size was so far off the mark. Also not being able to exchange online is not ideal.

great on line site with plenty of options at good prices. Only negative is that it is not always clear as to what is available and what not available . Often you only find out at checkout.

I bought my scooter at 99Bikes in Joondalup. Happy to sell. Then I had a tiny problem with it that I could not find so I went there to ask. First person told me they have to send it in to the company, the second said there was nothing they could do and to go to another bike store. All that without even having a look and even trying!!! I eventually got it identifued by another store. Guess what: the screws needed tightening. 🤣🤣🤣 Thats absolutely all!!! I will def not buy anything at the store anymore because the effort for service is very poor.

Excellemt service, difficult problem fixed, took more than a week at no eztra labour cost. Big thanks to all guys at West Ryde (a.k.a. Ryde) store / woekshop.

As usual 99 Bikes were excellent. The item was easy to find online and shipped quickly and in good packaging. Mind you the rear light only cost $9.00, the shipping (standard) was $9.99, so it would have helped if you had the item in store at my store at Annerley.

Had ordered tyres, being 700 / 32, and paid for express post. They arrived after 3 days of ordering and the incorrect size was sent, 622 / 32.

Very happy with 99 bikes morayfield staff very friendly very helpful very patient, shout out to Jahsia, Calum, Reece, they helped me out a lot with all my bikes and excessarys there knowledge is impressive, and a thankyou to the boys out back for the servicing thankyou so much everyone ...Karl

Ordered bike for my sons birthday, 3 weeks ago only email recieved is its on it way.
No tracking no so dont know were it is or how long till it gets here.
The little communication is frustrating.

Order went through accidently (Apple pay glitch). So, I emailed the 'help' email immediately but it was never received. So then called the help line but no answer, no call back option, and no leave a message option. I then called a few more times and managed to get through, emailed help again to check the issue. Still didn't get received. But the guys over the phone were legends and refunded it and sorted it. So, this poor review is about the terrible help system, not the guys on the phone, they were great.

Ryan was really helpful. His knowledge and professionalism was top class. Thank you and I can’t wait to ride my new bike!

Customer service help line staff helped overcome my order of normal fit shoes and not the needed wide fit shoes. The order could not be stopped once paid however help line staff have helped to solve this issue.

From answering my call to sending the item I can't fault them. They were helpful and very efficient.

For me they have been exceptional with every interaction at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. I would recommend them to anyone. Great friendly and timely service, reasonable prices, great access. All good

Terrible quality bike and absolutely no back up from 99 bikes, I bought a pedal raider last year and in 3 months It started creaking and clunking, also I have had spokes snapping.
They would not honour the warranty stating wear and tear. Even though the bike gets delivered directly from the overseas manufacturers and never passes through 99 bikes mechanics for quality control. They cannot verify the quality of the purchase. My bike was supposed to be "the ultimate gravel machine", "for your daily commute or spending weekends exploring Forrest trails". But then they say that dust can inhibit the running gear so it's not covered by warranty. I could understand if my bike was a year or two old, but only 3 months? Really!
99 bikes have no interest in this situation and I'm sure are just hoping for me to just buy another bike from them.
Very disappointed, worst bike and service I've ever experienced.
