I am so disappointed in this brand, I went in at the last minute to get a wig for my sisters wedding, I explained to the assistant that I’m due to fly out to and needed a wig ASAP, I also explained that I have never bought or wore a wig in my life and have no experience and needed help. We tried a few wigs but the one I liked was a bit tight, she said it was a little tight but would work, as they don’t have time to make a new one for me to buy before I leave, she said this one would work but because it was a little tight if I bought it I would need to sign a disclaimer. I trusted her because I really didn’t know what it meant to have a wig that was a little tight. But I soon found out because at the wedding the wig rode up and eventually came off. I was so embarrassed and cried. And when I spoke to them they asked me to come in and eventually said they would return it or exchange it, as I signed the disclaimer. I still have the wig and it was a total waste of money and all they cared about was that they got me to sign a disclaimer. My friends and family used to regularly buy from this place, but when they saw what happened to me in the wedding they weee horrified that I wasn’t advised properly on what buying a tight wig meant.

Such fabulous wigs! Thank you to the stylist, Giselle, who was brilliant and incredibly quick with the installation. The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon itself was beautifully designed with a modern style. It was my first time visiting the salon, but I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love this brand and the whole company. Honestly, incredible. I’ve been buying from them for a while and love every purchase. Honestly, this is my 6th wig (don’t tell hubby), and I love that they don’t shed, are as described and pictured, and don’t tangle. They also last long as I still have my first purchase from about 3 years ago. To top it off, their customer service is amazing. For the first time, I had an issue with the wig, it wasn’t really an issue but I didn’t know if it was what I was after, if it suited me and I wanted a thicker density. So I decided to go to their store in West London and it was a bit of a risk, but if you know black brands, or maybe I should say some hair and beauty companies they seem to forget their customer service at home. I also live in south so it was a bit of a distance. Anyway, I got there and explained I wasn’t sure about the wig and immediately they catered to my needs by fitting the wig for me, and then trying on other similar types so I could make up my mind. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting that. They did a full exchange (I obviously hadn’t warn the wig and all labels intact). They made sure I was comfortable and confident. Love love love this place. If you’re not sure about them, give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Once again A List is sending me out feeling like a queen. When I arrived as always, I had a lovely cup of tea with biscuits on a tray, coming all the way from Sutton had to rush out to get here for my 11.00am appointment, I was dying for a cuppa👍🏾. I was attended to straight away by Giselle, she was very professional asked what I wanted and she got to work and did the job beautifully.

Beautiful quality hair, soft and full with minimal shedding. I got the unit „Sydney“ and the lace looks very natural and the wig was easy to install and style. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend!!!

The hair came super quick and the quality was amazing! I was shocked by how thin the lace was and how seamlessly it blended GLUELESSLY! Would 10000% recommend.

The quality of every wig I have from A list is amazing it’s soft, very full and looks so natural. It’s perfect for anyone who doesn’t like using glue. I purchased the a list moose and it takes less than 5 mins to install it sits perfectly and blends so well. I’ve had so many compliments, especially with the luxury Ciara wig. If you’re looking for something that looks and blends well I would highly recommend A list lace hair!

I needed for a gig abroad.
I thought everything was great.
Put it on did the gig but much to my horror the wig started to smell
I couldn't figure out what it was.
A horrible fishy smell that seemed to increase
Being in a hot country exacerbated it even more.

£300 for a brand new smelly fishy wig! Totally unnaceptable.

Bought my lace wig from here and had it installed by Tkeyha — she was so lovely and did an amazing job. The wig quality is so good and the install was flawless. Felt amazing walking out, definitely recommend!

I bought the The SERENA Exotic Curly Glueless HD Lace Front Wig from A list hair last year August and what I loved is that I was able to collect it the same or next day which was perfect as I had a holiday fast approaching. The wig started off as really beautiful but while on the holiday I noticed there was a bit of shedding from the hair line.. Since then the wig has gone completely down hill, so much hair from the hairline is gone that the wig is in dire need of ventilation. Also the quality of the hair is not good, it started going dry and tangling pretty early on and now its almost unwearable which is such a shame as it looked so nice at first. Its really disappointing to have spent £400+ on a wig and it hasn't even lasted 1 year but then all I see, marketing-wise, from A-list hair is how their hair is top quality! Maybe in other wigs but certainly not the one I purchased :( because of that I can't trust another wig from there.

I ordered the Noami wig. It was on sale and I order the 22” paid £320.
If I tell you the wig came with balding spot. The top has barely any hair. I contacted them, the reply I got was it is the brush I am using and asked how I washed the hair. Firstly I got the wig a week ago, so no amount of brushes or washing will bald a wig this fast and if it does then clearly something is wrong with the product. In addition, on their website it states that the hair is 100% Brazilian hair, I can tell you there is zero Brazilian hair in the Naomi wig.
I am writing here because I have been trying to get a refund and I will get my refund even if I have to complain to Ombudsman.
All the positive review you are seeing are fake. This is a scam.
Update: took the wig bag in person. My intention was to show them the actual wig. The lady I spoke to claim I needed to part the hair probably and that I shouldn’t have given them a bad review. I told her I stand by my 1 star. She insisted the wig had hair.👀. It is unfortunate I can’t upload videos or pictures here for everyone to see. This place is a scam, they expect you to part hair in a way that covers the lack of hair. Orde at your own risk.

My mother had such an amazing experience from start to finish. A few days before her engagement party, she came in for a wig fitting and found the perfect one. Then on the day of the event, she returned to have it installed and styled by Ines—and wow, Ines did an incredible job.

Ines was so kind, professional, and genuinely lovely. She made my mother feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to exactly what she wanted. The result was absolutely beautiful—my mother looked stunning and felt so confident. They truly made a woman in her 50s feel like she was in her 20s again, it was that good.

What made the experience even more special was the extra care and thoughtfulness from the team. The girl who helped with the wig fitting actually came back on the day of the appointment and surprised my mother with a bouquet. Such a sweet and memorable gesture that meant so much to us.

Overall, the entire experience was 10/10. The service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. These girls truly made my mother’s engagement party even more special, and we are so grateful.

I visited yesterday for the first time for a wig . This was after seeing reviews and Facebook postings by the founder, and also after looking at Trust Pilot of course. The whole point of wearing a wig is that it is not it is not immediately noticeable to be a wig . There are such real stresses around hair loss, particularly in women . I had considerable hair loss and was wearing a partial wig . To go to a full head and for it to be glueless was a game changer .

Having picked out my style and tried it on in the store I could not be any happier . The wig was installled ( which sound more heavy duty than it is!) but it meant that it was styled and they were happy that you could attach and remove it with ease .

The front lace blended in instantly with my skin tone . No helmet look 🙈. Tkeyha was my stylist who was excellent . I left walking on air.

Their prices are not low, but I can honestly say worth every penny .

I would love to have met Antonia the founder just to let her know how happy I was, but she comes into the store on Tuesdays normally . Anyway here’s to you Antonia for having the brilliant concept of A-list hair . Xx

I used to go to A list regularly before covid and that was when the owner was visible. In 2024 I went back and the wig I bought and had fitted looked fine when I left the salon but within a week I realised the quality of the hair was awful. I said nothing as didn't want the headche. In 2025 I went back again and the senior stylist who did my fitting I sensed hates her job and comes across as very miserable. Initially when I left the wig looked okay but the next day is when I noticed the lace was bleached orange and the ear flaps had been butchered and did not sit flat but kept sticking up so I had to glue them down. Also so much lace was showing it did not look like a natural hairline but a terrible fitting r
This time I went back a few weeks later and explained the appaling fitting and bleaching of the knots and I was not accepting it. Initially the ladies I spoke to were reluctant to accept the wig did not sit right but I stood my ground either an exchange or a refund. The ladies were respectful and eventually admitted the error made and also said those particular wigs they had some issues with the distributor and how the wig sits had been raised by others and I was not the only one that had reported this. Nevertheless how do you explain the colour of the bleached knots as orange on a dark skin tone. The owner has spent years building her brand but quality of the wigs and stylists have deteriorated. It made me think whether this is why the wig was in the sale. . I hope the owner takes these feedbacks on board. I may go back but need a professional friendly stylist who will not butcher the wig and have all the lace showing at the front.

I’ve been a client at A List Hair Studio for quite some time and usually have the glue procedure. Recently, Abi looked after my hair and she was fantastic — she took her time, the results were perfect, and the style lasted around 3½ weeks. All the stylists are brilliant, but Abi really stood out. I left feeling great and looking great. Highly recommend A List Hair Studio.

Very pleased with my visit to AList today, love my new hair style. Warm and friendly staff and even got a Christmas gift thrown in. Definitely recommend this salon.
