A-List Lace Hair Avis 

First visit to A List Hair. Jo and Toya looked after me so well. After a complete disaster with another hairdresser that damaged my fragile mixed race curly hair irreparably and will take a year if not more to recover and grow I needed a solution and fast. Jo was kind, patient knowledgeable and supportive and guided me through some options. I left the salon looking and feeling great with my new hair and I can’t thank them enough. So if you’re struggling with hair loss or damage give Jo a call, trust me, you’ll be safe in her hands.

I was very impressed by the high level of customer service, I received from both Jo and the stylist when I went to the salon for a fitting.
Jo listened to my concerns, about my wig sizing.. I was impressed by her product knowledge, as she took time to fully explain the construction regarding wig measurements, and how it tie’s in with the fitting..😊
I felt Jo was a very good representation of A list, she was very friendly with an uplifting energy which made me feel comfortable.,👍🏽🥰

I am shocked that Bella has had poor customer service. However, this company is the only hair I will buy from and this is not a fake review. There Haa been poor customer service but nothing to do with hair. There wigs last for approximately 1 year. I always come back to them for quality wigs. I receive so many compliments. I guarantee this is a honest review.

Don't be deceived like me seeing them using celebrities like Noami to market their products. Obviously what they sell to these celebrities isn't the same hair that gets shipped out to you. Very poor quality and size, the size feels like 150 grams. It is nothing like they advertise on their Instagram. Don't buy it. I wasted my hard-earned $338 to buy this crap. Like I don't know virgin hair.

It's either the people giving 5-star reviews who have never experienced good hair or they are fake reviews. I have also read some reviews complaining about size and quality and that size is not consistent. So people who purchased before and buying again are seeing different qualities and sizes the second time they buy. So it is a hit or miss.

I reached out to them only to hear it is the same size blablabla and I cannot return the hair since I asked for customization.

I am very disappointed with how this young woman will be reaping other women like her off from the internet. This kind of money made like this does not last. Soon you will begin to reap it.

No wonder they have no listing on Google so people can't review them there. Reviews on their website are filtered. Before you buy scroll down to the last review on the page to see real reviews like mine. So you have to click 1-11 or so to see real reviews.

Terrible customer service. Poor quality wig. Unbelievable, unevenly cut. I wish that I had read these reviews before buying. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would have purchased a second wig however I will not ever go near this company again. They took ages to come back to me. DO NOT GO NEAR, WOULD NOT BUY. AGAIN STEAR CLEAR

I ordered the kinky straight kinky edges wig and only wore it for one day! Upon receipt of the wig, I noticed the edges were coming off, but decided to wash it anyway. I was so excited for this wig and was left with disappointment! After washing, a lot of the baby hairs came off from me barely touching them! I still decided to wear the wig, big mistake!!! I was so embarrassed at work because the hair is stiff and became matted in the back. I washed the hair with my Canvas beauty products, by the way. Now I am out of $400 because they won't allow me to return or exchange the wig. It's weird because you can't tell the real quality of a wig, until it's worn! Even though I am out of $400, I want to save others. I read the good and bad reviews and still decided to order, partly because their black owned! Please do your research, if the hair is not RAW, it won't be good quality! There is no such thing as BRAZILIAN HAIR! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, so you don't end up like me!

Even though I just walked in without appointment I was seen promptly and treated professionally. I felt listened to attentively and given great advice on best wigs that would suit me. Not to forget the quality of the wigs are like non other. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed every minute of my visit there and I will for sure be revisiting soon.

I brought my wig back in November for my birthday.
I went in to store to get the wig fitted - staff were friendly and the environment of store was nice.

I purchased the Naomi wig 28 inches which I will only use for special occasions. I will say that the hair is nice and full texture is also nice. I would say that there are quite a few shorter strands of hair within the wig and when I wear the wig bone straight these shorter hairs do no not tend to lay flat so hair looks a bit static. The hair also tangles and does shed a little (But what hair doesn't shed). For the amount that I paid i probably wouldn't have expected there to be so many short 'fly away hairs' in a 28 inch wig. However overall this is probably one of the better wigs that I have purchased and I get a lot of compliments when I have wear. I would rate this wig 7.5/10 and salon experience 8/10. I would purchase from A-list hair again but I would examine the wig more closely before buying.

Absolutely amazing service. Merline was amazing and did my consultation. She was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Destiny was great and fitted my wig and made it look absolutely stunning. Will 100% be going back to get more wigs fitted.

Friendly staff. Had to get a custom made wig which room 10 weeks rather that the 6-8. I had to call and chase. Consultation was ok but I ended up buying a frontal wig when I thought I’d was a 360. My first wig so I should have checked more but I don’t think it was very informative. The fitting seemed ok but the wig never seemed to look that natural and the lace is very thick and noticeable. I paid the high price for another fitting but this did not improve things. I don’t think I would buy again.
