Staff very welcoming and informative.

Hair (wig) very nice was a good fit once i myself had played around with it .

Paying 50 pound for fitting I though was a bit much , but went with it anyway .( I should not have )
I was disappointed with the fitting experience as I feel I could have done it myself.

I also had to go to a different salon the next day to have a fringe cut ,the lace was very visible and so annoying.

As when seen on the Photograph's and videos on the site you can not see the lace , this is why I decided to go here.

i was disappointed considering the price charged.

Few questions answered...

(1 ) Would i go back ?
No unfortunately not

(2) Would I recommend ?
Unfortunately not.

(3) Can I use everyday without having to style ?
No
( However now fringe is cut in, I suppose I will get more of a daily wear from it.)
Which in turn for me is a good outcome as I spent the evening after fitting and purchasing the wig very disappointed with my expensive purchase which I actually thought I would not be able to wear .
Thank God for my local salon who made it possible.

If I could give 10 out of 10 I would!!! I've been a customer for a few months and each time they deliver 100%. The level of customer service is outstanding - welcoming and very attentive. I often come back to get a refit and style. The results are excellent, it looks amazing and worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend!!!

I was greeted by a smiling Iffy and was promptly taken through for my consultation.
I tried on 4 units 2 similar to what I’ve had previously from A list.
I decided to go with a completely different style.
I was taken through to the fitting room where I was left waiting for 15 minutes. At no time did anyone tell me what was happening.
The lovely Giselle then attended to me and explained what she would be doing, she was chatty, friendly and kept me informed about what she was doing and the products she was putting on my new unit. I can say that I am pleased with my wig and will definitely return. Unfortunately I could only give 4*as I was left waiting with no explanation. I would definitely recommend A List Hair.

I had a lovely experience. As usual I found the customer service from the receptionist to the fitter to the stylist very friendly, courteous and helpful. They have recently had a makeover and the pink walls and flowers add a cute vibe to the salon. They even have small tablets positioned for each customer so we can watch whatever is available while we are undergoing the styling. They also now have a card machine, enabling us to make our purchase without having to walk around with lots of cash, or find a cash machine with enough money in it to supply our needs at the time. I will continue to recommend A-List Lace Hair and will continue giving them my custom.

It was my first time purchasing a wig and having it styled with A-List Lace Hair. I'm so impressed with the quality of the hair and the service! I was nervous to attend the appointment as I've never worn a lace wig and I have alopecia. The staff were so warm and welcoming from start to finish. The stylist was very detailed in telling me how to care for the hair, provided entertainment while I waited on the tablet and she was lovely. The hair looks so natural and it's the perfect fit. Their argan oil hair serum is amazing and I will be coming back here for all of my wigs. Thanks so much, I feel amazing!!

I initially booked a consultation to try on different units and quickly settled on a curly wig

The process was very professional, they have separate treatment rooms for a discreet experience

I opted in for their fitting service, there was a wait due to it being busy but the stylist was quick, easy to talk to and very helpful

I would definitely recommend and hope to return for another unit in the future

Got my wig a month ago and I want more, hair is GREAT, staff is helpful and you can tell they love to work properly and hard for their clients. I’m very happy.
I wish they have more hair colours option in store.. but rest is pretty pleasant.

My overall experience was amazing, I love the hair and the service. It was also easy to find as it’s only 2mins walk from West Kensington station

Everyone was very professional, nice and helpful, the choices of hair were great quality. The atmosphere was very comfortable and would definitely visit again.

The staff were extremely patient and professional. At no point during my consultation did I feel rushed or that I had to make a purchase.

Went on Tuesday to get a new wig and couldn’t be more happy. Giselle is such an amazing stylist, she has fitted all of my wigs and is so lovely, talks you though every step. Everyone made me feel very welcome and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have new tablets so you can watch shows whilst getting your unit fit. Also love all the new decor!

-Did not like the actual wig as differed to what was I had tried on as well as on their social media account. Wig looked bulky and too unnatural
-Lace not tinted to my colour, was about two shades lighter than my skin tone
-little shedding
-was made aware card machine didn't work but may be a problem if you have to withdraw a large amount of money

This was my second time purchasing a wig from A-List Lace; the first time was a letdown due to an accident caused by the lady who was styling my hair and being my first time trying a wig; I vowed not to do wigs again, but in the end I looked amazing. I would have approached management, but I let it go.
Today, February 25th, I returned to buy a second wig because I liked my first purchase regardless of what had happened previously.
I must say that the customer service was excellent; Ify made certain that I had the best experience possible; she walked me through how to play with my new wig, and Toya did an amazing job transforming me and so was all the other staff.

I 100% recommend. Thank you A-list, I like my Jasmay unit.
