Thank you for my purchase! I brought body wave 26inch, lace front wig with 180% density. The service was excellent from Ify - thank you 😊 I would recommend this hair it is really beautiful and soft and styles really well. This is my third repeat order

This was the worst experience I have had and a valuable lesson in seeing how many salons are on the take with lace wigs! First they lied and said the card machine was not working and wanted cash, I later found that they do this to most customers and I can see clearly in the run up to xmas they need cash and as much as they can for dodgy reasons. I the jasmay wig fitted by somebody who had no knowledge of fitting a wig ( a child could do better!) and I paid 50 for this waste of time! the wig looked very wiggy and if I hadn't had adjusted it most of my forehead would be gone ( really????). No styling just PLONKING on your head for 50.00. It is clear these are a bunch of amateurs just PLONKING wigs on heads! The wig is too small and baggy at the back and is NOT GLUELESS! as they claim! I am lucky that I will go and get a proper wig fitted from a brilliant salon in Elephant and castle ( google it!) which is worlds away from this rubbish!!! I do think of woman that may not be able to do this and are stuck with that SH T on their head! Think carefully before going as the photos are nothing like the wigs!! Also what reputable company does not have a cash machine??? I won't even donate this wig as its sooo bad, its the bin!!!

If you found A-List Hair on Instagram, please do not be fooled by it. I would of been better off blind buying a wig on the internet. The wigs are MASSIVELY overpriced. Do not waste your money. I had to part with £500 for a wig I wore one time. It does not fit well on the head at all. And full lace wig is actually 360. Stay away from this company. Also they make sure that you pay cash. No business does that! I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for their employee Asher who is a good customer service rep. Also, the stylist are mediocre. Not A list at all. You’ve been warned.

I wouldn’t even give this company a star they have robbed me of nearly £400 and kept the wig and blocked me I have taken them to the small claims court and I warn anyone else to not use this company the hair is completely faulty and unusable and they made me pay in cash so they wouldn’t refund or exchange

The worst customer service experience I've ever had. The wig is unfortunately not glueless as they advertise.

This hair company has to be one of the biggest scams I know they advertised to so many people or doing their hair yet still have the worst customer service they sent me the wrong length hair and told me I need to pay to send it back after I showed them visual (photo) proof next to a measuring tape.

Then after getting the hair the hair became matted and shedded a lot!

Buy a wig from this horrible company at your own risk! I bought a wig from a-listlacehair.com and it is NOTHING like the videos or photos! It is No way worth $433. It sheds every time I touch it! It is extremely dry and brittle with flyaways everywhere. It is bald in the front from overplucking and some spots are over-bleached. The hair doesn't hold a curl and it is not 14 inches nor 180 density. I have LUVME Hair, Afsister and $150 Amazon wigs that are better than this monstrosity and I don't even buy wigs from those companies anymore. They will NEVER get another penny from me nor anybody that I know. They are supposed to be black-owned but they are overcharging for the same crap that Asian companies send to black women. I sent them pics of the wig and the HORRIBLE customer service person called me a liar!!! Read what she wrote below:
"Please note this is not how our lace units are, there are ever so slightly bleached, we did not ship your unit with the lace like this. Those knots look like they have been bleached further which we did not do as you did not request for this."

How dare she accuse me of lying when I didn't even ask them for a refund. Buy at your own risk!
