Poor attention to detail.
Presentation was monotonous and robotic. Not engaging at all. Multiple questions on the exam were incorrectly formatted (#34 for example had the blank in the wrong part of the sentence).
Don't just outsource your work to AI. Be thorough.

The trainings are long and tedious and…
The trainings are long and tedious and raely beneficial for those that need to take them. Very cheesy too. We live in 2025 give them a placement exam to start to see what they do and don’t know and then push the things they don’t. This is not effective for any learning style.

Hi Anna. Thank you for your feedback. Our training is interactive and self-paced, and if completed in one sitting, it should take approximately 1.5 hours. It also meets all the requirements set by the San Diego Health Department, and unfortunately, they do not allow placement tests for this training.You are required to complete the entire training and review or enhance all the information provided.
