Trash experience
Took the training on an iPhone in safari don’t know if that matters but close to 90% of the training had no sound. Had to read the subtitles and a ton of other things that were pretty lack luster or just unimpressive compared to other trainings I’ve taken.

Hi Tim, we're sorry to hear of your experience. We would have appreciated it if you had reached out to our support team so we could investigate the issue further and prevent this from affecting other students in the future.
Both Safari and Google Chrome are preferred browsers for online training. Since you were using your iPhone, it's possible the issue was related to the device being in silent mode.
To resolve this, you could have toggled the silent mode switch on the left side of the device pushing it upward will disable silent mode and restore sound. Thank you so much and congratulations on passing your Food Handler course.

Explained everything from step to step where everything meant ordered it correctly and I was able to understand it better loved it show me a lot of things I did not know that I thought I didn't know but I was wrong about knowing.
