AbayaButh Avis

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from Abayabuth. One of the abayas — the closed one with a front zip and attached hijab — started bubbling after just one wash. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. It now looks worn out after only a few uses, and I can’t even wear it anymore.

I also bought the plain black abaya that was advertised as “nursing friendly,” but it’s really not practical for breastfeeding — the zip barely comes down, making it difficult to use as intended.

I was drawn to Abayabuth because of the premium pricing, thinking that would reflect in the durability and design, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt this was important to share.

Purchased a sale item and was told I can only exchange as per their policy. This is not in line with Consumer contracts regulation; 2013, Product quality rightAct; 2015, and Consumer Protection and Unfair Trading Regulation; 2008. I have highlighted concerns to the company. As a Muslim representing business, the least they could do is follow the law. Highly disappointed. They agreed to refund and I wont be buying anything from them again based on their poor principles and ethics. Really disappointed.

Edit** I received a refund and they have updated their return policy. But they keep emailing and phoning asking for this review to be taken down. Highly unprofessional.

Prompt delivery.
Great quality .
The detailing on the lace and quality of the velvet surpassed my expectations and the communication via insta message about shipment was prompt and honest.

I will be ordering more for Eid ul adha in sha Allah

The quality and designs of these abayas are stunningly beautiful. The material is light and airy. In the last 2 months I have bought 6 abayas of different materials and colours and they are all unique. The delivery is smooth and their team is very responsive. Inshaallah, I am keeping my recent purchases for the upcoming Hajj season.

I’m very satisfied with my shopping experience. The products are high quality and arrived even faster than I expected. It’s a trustworthy and attentive brand I definitely recommend it. I’m happy to leave this review to support them!❤️

Highly satisfied with my recent purchase of white abaya and khimar set. It was the most comfortable abaya on my recent umrah trip that I kept coming back to it despite having many other jilbabs and abayas! It’s very lightweight and comfortable. I found it perfect for prayer, umrah or Hajj. I ordered another one as soon as I came back! Will definitely be buying more in future inshaAllah.

Customer service was superb and receiving my package on time was a cherry on top, so happy to have dealt with this beautiful business who have a range of stunning designs which suit all members of the family. cannot wait for my next purchase 🤍✨

I was so happy to find Abaya Buth for the fact they do size 60 and 62, then to find how absolutely stunning their items are. When I steam ironed the outfits, the creases fell out effortlessly and didn’t crease while wearing. This shows the quality of their materials. The details gone in to the open abayas are second to none. My girls, aged 8 and 11 felt and looked like princesses and everyone was complimenting and asking where we ordered from. As an English revert I struggle to find outfits that fit me and aren’t for a specific cultural background. With abaya buth I found somthing elegant modest yet had that little touch of “me”.
For every eid to come and any special event to follow/ without doubt I will be going to abaya buth. Thank you guys for making our eid one to remember xxxxx

My experience with the abayas was nothing short of AMAZINGGG!!!! From the moment it arrived, everything was handled so perfectly, the packaging was sooo good, it was folded and arranged in a way you would be sooo happy and it’s definitely worth it!!!! I was genuinely impressed

This is the best service that I experienced. The delivery was super fast ( it arrived in two days) and the products ( I ordered an abaya and a underdress) where eben better that what I expected. Also the size, and the length of the abaya where perfect, this is the first time that I don’t have to alter the lenght of an abaya. Very very satisfied and definitely going to purchase again. Reccomend it 100%

"I recently purchased from AbayaButh and I am beyond impressed! The website is easy to navigate, and finding what I was looking for was a breeze. I ordered a matchjng abaya set for ny daughter and I. The selection is stylish, and high quality, with something for every occasion. My order arrived quickly, and everything was beautifully packaged. The fit and comfort of the items I ordered exceeded my expectations, and I especially appreciate the attention to detail in the designs. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

I don’t even know where to begin! 😭 I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I’ve always loved the quality and simplicity of your abayas. Every time I order, I tell myself I’ll be selective, but everything is so stunning that I just can’t help it!

The order I received today has honestly left me speechless—elegant, sophisticated, and effortlessly classy. This is your best collection to date! ❤️ I tried to convince myself that I wouldn’t keep everything, but I just can’t bring myself to return a single piece.

May Allah (SWT) put so much barakah in your work. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful pieces—I feel truly spoiled for choice for Ramadan and Eid! 😭😭

It is the most beautiful abaya I own.

I'm absolutely delighted with my order! As a customer in the USA, I was so impressed with the seamless service from the UK. Everything from the prompt shipping to the careful packaging was excellent. The quality of the item is outstanding, and the embroidery is truly exquisite – every detail is perfect. This seller's craftsmanship and service are top-notch. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Reliable, trustworthy and quick to respond to queries. Their clothes are as exactly as seen on their website.
I also love the dua for putting on new clothes they enclose with your first order too. Nice touch!

Abayabuth sells the most stunning, stylish yet affordable modest wear. Whether it’s work wear or for a wedding, they have you covered. I’m a day one loyal customer and all I can say is there’s no going back. Worth every single penny. Also great customer service, communication and fast delivery.

The quality and detail of their products is exceptional and this brand has become my go-to for any type of abaya/ hijab. The team is eager to help and cleared any doubts/ concerns I had when returning items. The return was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great and I feel at ease asking for help for even the smallest details regarding products when purchasing. Always excited for new abayas to be released- the design and thought that goes into each one is unique and well crafted.
