Do not buy from or support Kiyamah Abayas. This business is completely unprofessional, vindictive, and entirely incapable of handling basic customer service.The issue began when I reached out for assistance because their advertised discount code, KIYAMAH10, failed to work at checkout. The email responses from their team were shockingly lazy and completely helpless; they refused to provide any actual guidance or clarify which items the code applied to. When I pointed out how dismissive and unprofessional their communication was, they immediately deflected accountability. They sent a highly defensive lecture falsely accusing me of "abuse" and "disparaging language" simply because I requested clarity on their own website terms.Despite these massive red flags, I proceeded to place a £300 order for three abayas. I immediately regretted the decision after discovering multiple negative reviews from other customers and realizing how incredibly restrictive and high-risk their return policy is. Fortunately, because this business operates on spite rather than professionalism, they canceled my order under the guise of "exercising their discretion to decline service," solely because they could not handle constructive feedback.While they intended to use cancellation as a punishment, it was a massive relief. It saved me from dealing with their terrible return policy and prevented my money from supporting a toxic, fragile business. Take your money elsewhere; this establishment is completely unfit to operate an online store.

A heartfelt thank you to this beautiful business for going so far above and beyond for me I placed my abaya order last minute and when the bank holiday caused a delay they were so incredibly kind understanding and supportive. They even went out of their way to send another parcel just in case the first one didn’t arrive in time something they truly didn’t have to do but their genuine care and generosity meant more than they know. Alhamdulillah both parcels arrived and the abaya itself was absolutely stunning. I received the most beautiful and heartfelt comments about how beautiful I looked which made wearing it on such a special day even more meaningful. Thank you for your kindness your beautiful service and for making sure I felt my absolute best on such an important day. The abaya is beautiful. I did have an issue with sizing but they were able to fix this issue straight away. The customer service is good, they get back to you with replies/ updates regularly, which i appreciated. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and experience!

I needed the next size down, they were very prompt with returning the item and sent the exchange all within 4 working days. The quality of these abayas are beautiful with stunning workmanship. This was the BEST purchase I've made, the Abaya is simple and elegant with the sophisticated detailed embellished cuffs. Beautiful peice to have and wear for any function. Ordered abayas that never arrived, after chasing for weeks, I received a partial refund, and the seller is refusing to return the rest of my money, because “it is out of their hands”. When I pushed for my money back, I was told that “making a customer look like an idiot, weakens their positions”. Appalling customer service, avoid!

Initially Kiyamah were kind and helpful. After ordering and receiving a size 50 as a short girl that is 4.11, I informed Kiyamah that the slip dress is 4 fingers above my ankle and my legs show at the bottom. The abaya on top was also short and there was no flow. It didn't look classy or elegant as it had looked in the pictures and videos. The material looked of poor quality for something priced over £100 and the abaya looked awkward as there was a sizing issue. Kiyamah agreed that it could be refunded or exchanged, but I would have to pay the postage costs as it was a sizing issue. After I disagreed and explained that it was not my fault they agreed to send a return label. After they received the abaya back they messaged me saying that there was an odour on the scarf and they found hair on it and would not be refunding the money. I messaged them saying they were clutching at straws to which they replied they are not an abaya rental service. Absolutely appalling and immature. Please be cautious as they are unwilling to put things right or take accountability.

Ordered an abaya had missing stones. Tried to contact them no response. No wonder they have a no returns policy. They say its because they know their quality is good but I don't think I can agree with that from my experience and the poor service of not replying to emails.

Very disappointed with this company. My order was returned due to an address issue and despite contacting them multiple times through email and social media, there was no proper communication or resolution when it mattered.

The refund was eventually issued, but only after Eid had already passed, which defeated the whole purpose of ordering the dress in the first place.

Overall, very poor customer service and slow response when problems arise. I would not recommend based on my experience.

What are the best companies that I have ever come across Best and again officially good customer service very fast next day delivery UK I am so happy. I came across this company.

Item arrived damaged and the seller stopped replying to my emails.
The quality is poor for something over £100 I received an abaya with stones missing. Considering taking this to the small claims court as on principle the seller should respond and not completely ignore numerous emails. Please avoid!

The thing I like about her abaya is that is very detailed, I would buy again and I love how there are names similar to people I know it makes it funner to buy!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They charge £50-£100 for majority of their abayas but their quality is really bad. Half their beads are missing, threads are loose so more beads fall off and after 1 wear half your abayas beads are all falling off. I contacted them regarding this and they decided to respond back saying they ‘flagged’ my email and will no longer be contacting me. (Just because I contacted them regarding the poor quality of their abaya).
They said it’s product misuse when it’s clearly not, it’s clearly manufacturing defects which I have recorded proof of as this company doesn’t like to deal with or except their products being faulty. This has been a common issue amongst my family and friends who have also ordered from kiyamah abayas.
Regarding my recent order with them I returned both items worth £163.99 back to them due to it being faulty and one of the abayas design is completely different to what they advertised on their website. They refuse to help me with this issue or give my refund back even after I have returned the items back to them and they have received it. Instead they told me to ‘contact my bank’. They do this purposely as they know some people don’t know how to get a Refund through their banks and in that way they get to keep our money.
Terrible customer service especially being an Islamic company! Very disappointing.
