Ordered Timberland summer shoes. In the pictures leather was in satureted brown color. Got them in very dark brown, almost black. Leather has scratches in multiple places. Returning ticket wasn't added in box. Now, when I have read other reviews of clients not receiving their money back, I'm scared to send them back. I do not recommend AboutYou.

Everything was processed properly and timely delivered. Size was exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend this site for closings purchasing.

Very disappointed with About You’ service.

After placing an order, received absolutely no notification that there was an issue with the delivery. As it turned out, the parcel had already been returned to the sender, yet nobody informed us. No email, no message, no warning, nothing.

The worst part is that you can sit there for days waiting for your order, completely unaware that it is no longer on its way. The only reason I found out was because I contacted customer service myself to ask where my parcel was. Only then was I told that it had already been sent back.

In 2026, this level of communication is simply unacceptable. If there is a problem with a delivery or a parcel is being returned, customers should be notified immediately, preferably via SMS or another direct notification channel that people actually check regularly. Customers should not have to chase information about their own orders.

What makes this situation even worse is that I still have not received my refund. More than 12 days have passed, the parcel was returned, and my money is still missing. As a customer, you are left without the order and without your money, while nobody takes the initiative to keep you informed.

This experience was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Poor communication, no proactive customer support, and a very disappointing overall experience. I will think twice before ordering from About You again.

Ko tādu negaidīju, jo šī brenda veikalā regulāri iepērkos, klātienē preci uzmērīju un zināju, kurš izmērs man vajadzīgs. Pasūtīju ABOUT YOU tādēļ, ka prece bija par akcijas cenu. Pasūtīto preci, protams, nosūtīju atpakaļ.
