Very bad experience as i have more then 12 policies with them and in regards to one new policy i have called Jamie brown 9 times in 3 days time and he never called me back.

So point is even if there is an issue customer should be updated about it and if a customer is calling you then at-least you should respond with an update.

Pathetic experience overall...

Have been with Academy along time. Have a few insurances with them. They always do their best for us & get a good price with good cover. The main thing for me is that you ring & know who you are speaking to. On first name terms with Jayne. OK we perhaps could get it cheaper & keep swapping & changing ins brokers to get the best deal but would rather stick with who we know & trust. Very helpful earlier in year when had a particular issue with car insurance.
