Excellent experience
I’ve had a great experience with Accent. I had an issue with my trainers and Lisa was absolutely brilliant in sorting it out for me. How refreshing to deal with a retailer who are so good at customer experience.

Return lost internally so no refund will be paid.
I have bought a Belstaff jacket for more than £800 from this store, it was delivered with the security tag attached.
I used their portal to generate a return label and returned the jacket 3 weeks ago, confirmed as received 10.02.24.
I have subsequently been told that they are struggling to locate the jacket and will therefor not be refunding my money.

Sent me some trousers that were 3 sizes…
Sent me some trousers that were 3 sizes smaller than I ordered, sent them back for refund, 11 days later no refund, emailed them to be told oh sorry it failed, we'll send it again, it will be with you in 5-7 days, so nearly 3 week for a refund!!

If I could give an extra star I would. This is my second order with this firm and I contacted their customer service team because part of the order was missing. Lisa was a delight and tracked down the items within hours. I had a callback and email to confirm the correction and have just received the package. Simply fantastic people that clearly care; so refreshing.

I found this company through an online check for a specific pair of Uggs & they were the cheapest I’d found. I can’t praise them enough with the whole service and their delivery was really quick. One very happy customer.
