Easy from start to finish, the installer was friendly and came back when we had a query on installation. Side door looks lovely, would definitely order again if we upgrade our main garage door.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your review. We’re pleased the engineer was able to complete the work efficiently, but we’re sorry you felt the cost was high for the time spent on site. Even where a job is completed quickly, the charge helps cover the costs involved in providing a professional service, including travel, engineer time and expertise, vehicles, insurance, office support and general business running costs.
We apologise for the confusion around whether payment should be made on the day or invoiced afterwards. We are in the early stages of adopting a new system across the company, and we appreciate there are still areas we need to tighten up as everyone becomes fully familiar with it. This should have been clearer for you.
We hope you’re happy with the solution itself, and we’ll be glad to help again if needed. Thank you for choosing Access Garage Doors.

Hi Graham, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt the visit was expensive for the time spent on site. Even where an issue is resolved quickly, the charge covers the engineer’s travel, time, experience and expertise, vehicle costs, insurance and office support, as well as the work carried out. In many cases, the right knowledge is what allows the issue to be diagnosed and resolved quickly. We always aim to be clear about our charges before attending, and we hope you’re happy with the solution itself. We’ll be happy to help again if needed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
My 20+ year old Access roller garage door was working perfectly but I felt it was time for a check up just to be safe. This was carried out for me along with the remote control and fixed switch.
I cannot recommend them and their products highly enough.
Thank you

I am very pleased with the end result
I am very pleased with the end result, the door is of good quality and the installation was well done. It took rather longer than expected to get confirmation of my order, acknowledgement of my deposit and information about expected delivery date, but otherwise no complaints.

It took a long time for the Garage Doors to be fitted. On the day it was very good, one man fitted the doors.
There was no communication to tell me what was going on. I had to phone to get a reply to tell me the 50% had been received. I did get an apology for not replying to my payment.

Hi Mr & Mrs Potts, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased the fitting went well on the day and that you were happy with the installation itself, but we’re sorry the communication beforehand was not as good as it should have been. You shouldn’t have had to chase for updates or confirmation of payment, and we apologise for that. We’ll take this feedback on board with the branch, as keeping customers informed is an important part of the service. We hope you’re pleased with your new garage doors, and we’ll be here if you need anything in the future. Thanks again for choosing Access Garage Doors.
