Acelote 

It's disgusting how a company can rip off so many people and feel no remorse about it. I ordered what was listed as a "stainless steel dishrack" and like many others, received dollar store plastic junk. I will NEVER order anything on FACEBOOK ever again. I will look to see if the product is on AMAZON before I will order anything ever again. They need to be taken down!

Crooks! Do not purchase from this company. I ordered an over the sink dish drainer, stainless steel. I received 3 tiny plastic stacking bins that I could have purchased here for a dollar at the Dollar Tree.

I would give this zero stars but then I can't write the review.
Wish I had seen all these reviews before ordering, because I experienced exactly the same thing. FB needs to take down their website. I am going to my postmaster to file a mail fraud claim, and I am going to file complaints with the FCC&the FTC. I will do whatever I can to get these Chinese scammers off our internet.

I have copies of the order confirmation with a photo of the item being purchased and it's description.
I have a shipping confirmation from Acelote on 11-15-19 with description and photo of item [SS over the sink rack]
Received the scam product today 12-9-19 which is a small plastic set of three bins with plastic legs to stand and connect them

When you follow the links from the order and shipping confirmation pages [in my emals] you get to a page that shows the items now as white or pastel plastic trays with plastic legs, with an original price of $159.00 marked down to $14.99 ... as if ANYONE anywhere would ever pay $15 for that pitiful set, and then pay shipping on top of that.. and wait 4 weeks to receive it.

The description of the item on Acelote currently describes the item as Stainless Steel, even now... with the revised photo of the plastic bins put together.

I wish I had checked them out ahead of time as well, but had assumed [incorrectly] that Facebook did some verification of businesses that they permit to use their platform. Seriously. Way back when, it was a pain in the backside to set up a FB account as you had to prove your identity to be able to use it as an individual. When did that get lost for businesses???

Lesson learned.

They shipped a completely different product than I ordered. Upon review, EVERYONE that ordered the stainless steel rack received a dollar store plastic bin instead....

Scam site steer clear. I wish I could give zero stars. Just like the others I lost 27 on a stupid plastic tray set they said would be a nice over the sink metal drying rack. I feel like a dummy for not looking them up first. Last time I will put my money on anything without looking up the company.

Complete and utter scam. I emailed them that I received 3 plastic trays I instead of a metal over the sink drain rack. They stated that is what I ordered. Such bull still have the email order with the picture. I am so angry. They said they would refund me $5 but I want my whole $27 back. Ridiculous

What an awful experience. I blame myself for being stupid enough to fall for this scam. I mean really $15.99 for an item that is regularly over $100. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Ohhh well lesson learned. I will report to my credit card company and I just pray that they don't use any of my info to charge up my bill. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Trying to remain a lady and I not fuss them out. M-Fers.

On November 6th, I purchased a stainless steel dish drain to go over my kitchen sink. On December 3rd, I received an unassembled plastic storage unit that did not match the description OR picture Anelote provided in their ad OR on my receipt. The order number on my package matches the one on my receipt.

I went to my browser history to find where I had ordered it, and there is now a 404 error on Acelote's website for this item. Additionally, since then, they've changed their name on PayPal (my payment went to a different name than Acelote and the email address on my receipt returns as invalid.

Do NOT buy anything from this company.

They deserve -10! I paid 27.99 for a 1.00 store plastic paper tray!!! Can't contact anyone of course. What they advertise and what they send are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things! Incredibly UNHAPPY!!

Yep, scammed me too. Just received 3 small plastic turquoise bins. Bogus!

Scam! Paid $15.99 plus $12 shipping for an over the sink dish drying rack...got a flimsy blue plastic drain rack instead with a $7.99 label on the outside of the package. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent 3 pink plastic trays I wouldn't buy from our Poundshop, let alone for over $25! Do not buy from this company

Fraud ordered a dish rack and got plastic crap baskets. They won’t refund and try to give u a crappy refund $5 out of $27.99 then they basically threaten you that the item they sent u needs to be returned and that the cost of shipping is high and takes long. So then they offer u a $10 refund out of your original cost. Thankfully I paid thru PayPal and opened a dispute. Still awaiting resolution. But this China company is fraudulent!!! Don’t buy

I fell this scam too. First they offer $5 to ease the unhappiness. I showed them the confirmation of order that has a picture showing the dish rack.

Next they ask me to return the plastic and remind me it will cost more than $10 and they will issue a refund within 20 days of receiving the product.

Or I can keep the product and they will issue a refund of $10.

No way will I accept this deliberate scam when I paid over $45AU for the product and shipping. I reported to PayPal all the bad reviews regarding this plastic scam. I'm in the process waiting for a response.
