No even a 1 star I got scammed too like all the others . I order a dish rack and after waiting for over 2 months I received this tray that I can get it from the shop for £2 .

If I could give a zero star score, I would. Scammed like everyone else here. Oh, but I can get a refund of my $27.99 if I just spend $52 to send it back with a tracking number.
Just trying to spread the word. And I will NEVER buy a Facebook ad product or Chinese direct buy product EVER again. Lesson learned. Gonna close out my PayPal account as well since they’re useless. PayPal knows it’s a scam since they’ve had thousands of complaints. But they don’t help. And Facebook should be ashamed for allowing the bogus seller to advertise and defraud customers.

Total scam! After waiting 2 months I got the ugliest cheap plastic pink trays... not the over the sink STAINLESS STEEL dish strainer advertised. And then they changed the picture on the site after paying...WORST COMPANY EVER

Can I give Zero Stars? Looks like I was also scammed. I ordered an over the sink stainless steel drying rack but received 3 plastic trays. WTH?

Scammers! I ordered dish rack and they send me a pink plastic stackable crap that was chipped and you can buy for 1$ . Do not buy!

I ordered a dish rack and I only got three little baskets which does not amount up to $27 or whatever so I need you to refund me my money or sending my dish rack or I will make a dispute and get my money back from the bank and put a stop to it

If I can give negative -5 I would hit 1000 times. I ordered the rack and waiting almost 2 month and they send me plastic pink rack that not even my cat want to sit on it!!

They can add another one to the list of people they've scammed. I would not pay $27.99 USD (inc. postage) for the $2 cheap and flimsy pink plastic rack I have received from them today. This is disgusting and fraudulent! To have disabled their email addresses is also a super dodgy move!!!

This is a scam company. I ordered a dish rack through an Instagram ad and they sent me cheap pink trays. After many attempts trying to contact customer service, they replied and told me I ordered the pink trays. What??? Stay clear away from Acelote.

It's a scam: they advertise one thing, get the money and then send some crap.

I, like the others here, wished that I'd found the reviews before ordering. I even contacted them to get a refund, but when they responded and said that they would refund the price, but that I needed to reply within 12 hours, my email response was returned because the email address was either deactivated or unable to receive emails.

Acelote is a scam. Don’t trust them. I didn’t receive my order and they won’t refund my money.

Ordered the black kitchen sink rack and was sent a cheap white basket that would set on a desk probably didn't cost a dollar. Completely different product from what was offered!

Total SCAM .. they display one very nice item, but ship you a piece of crap .. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .. check the internet for other evidence

I am on the same note as many others. Did not receive what I paid for.
