Don’t waste your money! I was expecting a stainless steel over the sink dish rack but ended up with some plastic junk dollar store trays. I will never order anything from a site other than Amazon again!

I too.... got scammed for the Multi-Function Dish Drying Rack Over Sink Display Stand Stainless Steel Kitchen Storage Shelf Holder. When I emailed them, I received the very same response stating that what they sent was what I ordered and they offered $5.00. I got a padded envelope with 3 mint green plastic trays and broken legs. I am beyond steamed. I notified PayPal and was told that they will contact the seller. I will be sending photos of what I ordered along with photos of what I actually received. IT IS SHAMEFUL!

Acelote is a complete scam. Do not order from them. They know how to work the system and you will never see your money again. They also go under different company names. If you see it advertised on Facebook be sure to research the company before buying anything.

This company goes by many other names but the scam is the same. Advertise a nice product and provide a cheap and often broken set of plastic trays that don't look anything like the item in the photograph advertisement. When company contacted they offer a small amount of the purchase and shipping charges as a refund. You tell them not acceptable and they offer a bit more but only if you return ship the wrong item. They never agree to a complete refund without any additional action or expense on your part.

Wish I could give it 0!! There is even a FB page devoted to the scams by this company: Stainless Steel Dish Rack SCAM. If you've been taken, FIGHT IT!! Hopefully, you paid with a means that will get your money back. I told Paypal they need to disassociate themselves with this company.

This company scammed hundreds of us over an advertised”Stainless Steel Over The Sink Dish Drain”. We all ended up with a cheap plastic children’s toy with three tiny shelves. They changed the picture on the item on their website after we got our orders. Then they try to offer $5-$10 refund, if we send the item back to China. They are making out like bandits. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

Ordered the stainless steel drain track, got dollar store plastic bins. Three of them. Was only offered $5 refund. It has been dispute thru pay pal, and my bank. Fraudulent. I will get my money back. All of it. Don't buy.

I too have been scammed. I even looked for reviews before I ordered but this was a month ago and didn’t see any reviews, all of these are recent. I ordered a towel wrap with a towel head wrap and the over the sink metal black dish rack. I received white plastic containers with holes in them that are not useful and a Donald Trump toilet brush. I can’t believe I received items that didn’t even come close to what I ordered. They told me I could send back but that it would be expensive and take 20 days for them to receive item or I could keep the items and get a $10 refund and keep the cheap stuff they sent. I am so angry we all got scammed.

This is a SCAM! I ordered the stainless steel over the sink dish dryer. It was not as pictured. It was a cheap green plastic shelf. Nothing stainless steel about it. It took 2 months to arrive. It is a piece of crap but what do you expect from China. Definitely false advertisement!

I ordered 2 over the sink dish drainers. As per the adverstisement. N received 2 off white cheap dollar store e tier shelves. One couldnt be used because it was damaged during shiping. It took awhile for them to agree to pay me . I have pictures and enails fir my order with acelote. This site is a rip off. I can't believe i paid the amount i paid for cheap stuff. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠. I couldn't ship it back it cost more than what the items were worth for.

This same thing happened to me. I ordered dish rack and got the set of plastic tiny stackable trays. Obviously they have been doing this for years. I ordered the dish rack for above sink In October and paid $28.00. I received it in December. It was a tiny, cheap set of stackable trays. No one will respond to my emails. After researching the reviews, this has been going on for years. Someone needs to shut them down.

I ordered a stainless steel over the sink dish rack and I got 3 flimsy plastic bins. Really!? What am I supposed to do with that!!! Never again will I order from you and I will not be recommending you to friends or family!!!!

I also recieved cheap plastic trays instead of stainless steel dish rack. They tried the $10 offer on me as well. Hopefully paypal does the research on this scam.

After waiting for almost 2 months for my package to arrive. I knew something was wrong when the package came in a bulky envelope that fit in my mailbox and weighed practically nothing. I opened the package and pulled out a stack of three pink plastic trays with the riser pieces in between. Nothing as advertised. I checked their website and the description is as what is listed on my receipt, but they have changed the picture to be this plastic POS.
I emailed the company and got the standard letter to get a full refund, I'll have to send it back myself which costs over $10. But as a courtesy, they will refund me $10 and WOW, I get to keep the POS they send me!!!! I think I could do better buying something at the dollar store!!!

scam, fake listings, products are of ridiculous quality on their own, but it's even worst compared to what they claim to be.

Not only did I wait a month for my item.(I was aware, and I was ok with that) I knew as soon as a saw the package on my doorstep it was not what I ordered. I got 3 plastic trays. My order was an over the sink stainless steel drying rack. The best they could do was refund me $10. Only because it would possibly cost more than that for my out of pocket return shipping charge.
I was so disapointed. I'm a single mom with no counter space just trying to make doing the dishes a little easier. It was the only gift I got myself for the Christmas season to open.

Same. Got a plastic thing worth $1.00 and paid over $40...aus for it. I actually won't buy anything online again. So disgusted. Should have gone to Ikea.
