If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the dish drying rack as well and received a cheap plastic thing; when I emailed the company all they keep saying is keep the product I’ll give you $10 back haha :) there a SCAM and A JOKE!!!!

This company, Acelote.com, is nothing but a knowing, fraudulent enterprise trucking in responsibility-denying Alternate Facts to justify their hucksterism.

Never, ever do business with this company.

This company is an outright scam. Please avoid it. I ordered an item from them, it took multiple weeks to show up, and the item bore no resemblance to what I ordered.

They have since removed all links to the product I ordered from their website so I have no way to go back and prove that what I ordered is different than what I received.

As everyone else has said, I ordered a black, stainless steel, over the sink dish drainer and received three white plastic trays. The company is arguing with me telling me I got what I ordered. I will be taking it up with PayPal if they don't make it right.

There's not much I can say here that hasn't been said already. What I ordered in the picture was a black, steel, over the sink rack, what I received was a dollar store quality, plastic three tiered shelf. These people are scammers, and garbage. Additionally, they don't answer emails regarding refunds.

This company is scamming customers. They intentionally send the wrong cheap $1 item, you bought for 27.99. Upon requesting a refund, they tell you that shipping to China, which you get to pay is more than $10, so to ease your discomfort the company will refund $5, $10, $15 and you get to keep the "working" POS they decided to send you instead. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM acelote.

Minus 5 stars.....everyone got scammed! They send you a cheap plastic $1 item. I will smear the name Acelote in the dirt until they are rightfully out of business! People work hard for their money!

Do not use this site. It’s a scam, we all received the same item which was not promoted as the product we all order. Last time I buy anything I see on a facebook site even with PayPal.

I wanted to give it less stars. They shipped me the wrong item. The item I received could probably be bought at a dollar store for a $1. I paid 23.20 with shipping and handling for the item I wanted. They offered that I could send it back but I would have to pay shipping again. The alternative is to accept $10 and keep the cheap item. I told them to refund me the $10. The bottom line is not only was I screwed but they wanted me to pay to fix their error. I told them when I accepted their that I would let people know how I was treated and cheated. Buyer beware!!!!

My Husband bought a dish rack (15.99 +12.00 s/H) from them for my Xtmas gift and we received some dinky plastic rack thing, couldn't have cost more than 2.00. They are impossible to get a refund from. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Search the review, you will see people everywhere are being ripped off by this company.
