I've only just received the dollar-store switch item and I am furious.
I'm down with the person who suggested a class-action suit.
This is ridiculous!!
And Paypal was like "Please try contacting the seller first." The whole point of using Paypal was to avoid this b.s....

Very shifty company! DO NOT PURCHASE from them! I purchased a product form $27.99 when the item shipped, the description was changed but the image was the same and the price was $15 shipping on a $12 product. They offered a $5 refund and the product I got is not even worth $5. Totally just collecting the money on junk items with a bait and switch.

If I could give a negative score I would! This site is a bait-and-switch site that will promise you one item (in this case, a stainless steel over the sink dish drainer...), get your money, then send you a piece of cheap plastic crap that is worth about 10 cents. What a rip off!
PayPal disputed the charge then told me to send it back to the company and I would be fully refunded...however, the address is in Chinese and cannot be read...and the shipping would cost more to send it back than the item cost me in the first place.I think we should give PayPal a negative score, as well!

I had the same experience as others. It's a scam. If you used PayPal, you can go to the resolution center and request a refund since the item is significantly not as described and it's clearly a fraudulent company. You should get a full refund.

Same as everyone else. They just need to issue a refund without having the product sent back. They make it to much of a hassle. I want my money back

Scammed as well hoping to get them to refund at least $15. Fingers crossed. They offered there as I see from other reviews customary $5 refund. Maybe we can do get them shut down somehow.

You advertise as stainless steel dish rack and this is what I got two months later, three "stackable" pieces of plastic??? I could've bought this at the dollar store for three dollars!!! Garbage garbage garbage!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! How do you get away with selling an item described as "stainless steel" and then sending plastic? It was even cracked during shipping, unless it was sent out that way. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT YOU SENT IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!

Paypal is part of the scam. I ordered a metal over the sink drain rack. I was shipped a cheaper than dollar tree pink onion rack. I thought I was safe paying with paypal. I filed a dispute with paypal. I will not get my money back until the bait and switchers receive their cheap plastic rack back.

Paypal sent me an address to return it to them I'm guessing somewhere in China. But it looks like somebody stuck a chickens foot in ink and stamped it all over the page. It’s like trying to read and read noodle letters.The UPS store could not read it either. We should all get together and do a class action lawsuit against Paypal.

This company does bait-and-switches. It will tell you that you have ordered a specific product and ship something completely different and then will not refund you the cost and will force you to pay for shipping to return the product that you never ordered. I ordered a stainless steel dish rack and received 3 blue plastic bins and some screws. The cost of the item I purchased was $15.99 (plus $12 in shipping) and the receipt on the shipped package said $7.99. Upon contacting them for a refund as their website says 100% money back guarantee I was told that I got the correct item I purchased and they would refund me $5 but I have to return the item and shipping will be more than $10. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY AFFILIATES TO THIS COMPANY!

I, like everyone else got a $1-value three shelf system vs the the $27.99 USD stainless steel, over the sink system. Their customer service responded the same way, attempting to give me at first a couple dollars refund and then a $10 dollar refund to pretend that value difference would make me happy when I spend $27.99 to get it to me. They've requested me to send the item back to get a refund, warning me that I would spend more to get it to them than the value they would refund me.

Sad to say I am another victim of this dish rack scam. I was supposed to receive:

I am appaled that a company is allowed to advertise on Facebook to defraud someone. Bait & Switch !!
These people need to go to jail for the crimes they do. This is no joke. They could be scamming thousands of people, and get away with the majority of it. Many people may not put up much of a fight to hassle with it, so they will continue, until they are taken away in handcuffs.
Horrible Experience. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Only heard about these sorts of crimes.
This is yet another reason why people don't trust anything anymore.

Same as everyone else here, we got 3 pieces of pink plastic trash instead of the giant stainless steal drain rack, we recieved trash. This is cheating customers, never buy from this company to avoid getting scammed!

Add me to the list of pink plastic crap owners. PayPal resolutions have been of zero help. Advice: refuse the $5 refund offer, wait for the $10 refund offer, go buy yourself a beer and chalk it up as a lesson not to buy anything from these losers.
