Total scam!! Pictured was not what was sent !! And PayPal will not give me a refund !!

If they had an options for negative stars, I would put a ten. I ordered on November 11th, have never recieved my product. The contact on the site changed while I attempted to reach out to them several times. Now I have an open dispute with PayPal. I've shared this piolet review on Fb to have anyone else share their story.

Seems to be alot of shell companies popping up from China that is scamming. We got scammed also. Another website is called "toplike" beware

This company is a COMPLETE scam! We ordered a stainless steel dish rack and received some sort of tiny plastic bins that resemble something you would put pencils or markers into instead. Please save yourself and DO NOT order from this company!

I got scammed as many others. Was offered a $5 refund which I refused. Was told to return item (plastic rack which sells at local pound shop). Was told it would cost £10 to return. Took this issue up with Barclaycard and have been fully refunded. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

This company has duped a lot of us. First they offered $5 then $10. They feed you this line it will cost you more to return it. I sent the picture of what I ordered and the picture of the 3 useless plastic bins they sent me . Told them I’d take there measley $10 refund. I’m still waiting for it. PEOPLE RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY KNOW HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM.

Rip off! I ordered a METAL MULTI CHANGEABLE DISH RACK FOR $28, I got a $5 piece of plastic shelf. Can't even dry dishes on it!

DISGUSTING COMPANY AND SERVICE SENT A STUPID PLASTIC TRAY 4 inches x 8 inches INSTEAD OF A STAINLESS STEEL OVER SINK DRAINER THAT I ORDERED. THEN HAVE THE CHEEK TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT IT DOES THE SAME THING . THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND YOU MORE THAN 15% EITHER . THEY ARE CERTAINLY RUNNING A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME FOR THEMSELVES.IT CAN'T FAIL CAN IT?THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE ANYWHERE EVER.I AM SO ANGRY.

Scam!!! False advertisement! The item I ordered is nowhere near what came in. I’m trying to get a refund.

They don't even deserve 1Star. Sending me the wrong product. This is crazy.

This company does false advertising.
They will not send you what you actually paid to purchase. They send a small wobley plastic shelf and claim that's what you ordered.

We got suckered into this stupid dish rack scam. Buyer beware! We ordered on Nov. 8 and it was just delivered today. They advertise as a coated stainless steel over the sink dish rack. What they sent us was a white, 3-tiered plastic piece of crap with a $5 value. Save yourself the trouble and order off Amazon.

I’m sure most of you know, the description stated:
“Multi-Function Dish Drying Rack
Over Sink Display Stand
Stainless Steel Kitchen Storage Shelf Holder × 1”
Accompanied by a picture that corresponded to that description. I fell for it because I guess in my mind at the time I thought “hey, it’s coming from China, maybe they CAN produce it a lot cheaper?”
When it shipped...the description had changed to:

“2019 Simple Hand-assembled Kitchen Solid Color Three-tier Storage Rack Multi-function Rack Kitchen Storage Supplies × 1” ...but with the same corresponding picture.

And when it arrived (7 weeks later) it was a 10”x7” piece of plastic junk.

I do blame it on myself for being that gullible. When it’s too good to be true, it is!

I complained and got the same email as everyone else. Pretty much a “sorry about your luck, that’s what the product is, we can offer you five dollars“. I argued back-and-forth and they finally offered me $10. We’ll see if I get it. So I’m out $13 shipping for being stupid. In my defense I probably ordered it at 3 o’clock in the morning after a long night at work and a couple glasses of wine while binge watching Netflix.
I do agree along with other customers being in shock that PayPal is still doing business with this company. Unacceptable.

Worse than bad. STAY AWAY.
At first when I received the ridiculous pink plastic tray thing after waiting 6 weeks for my stainless steel over sink drainer I thought it was a genuine error but not the case. This is a huge scam relying on people to give up because it's too hard. I advise to apply to PayPal (or your bank if paid by Visa) and they will provide a refund. Yes we do have to send the crappy little plastic item back but we can also claim postage from Paypal. They will give you details.
Don't let these people get away with it, take the time to report this blatant thieving. Get them closed down I say.
I was also beginning to question PayPal's role but they didn't realise so many people have been writing reviews here...with identical problem. They know now and hopefully they will be able to take it further with these scammers.

Just want everyone to know I contacted PayPal since they denied my claim for a refund from the Chinese Scamartist for the oversink dishrack. I had initially filed my PP claim for not receiving the item...and since this guy provided the tracking info ( for those plastic trays) PP was obligated to feel it had been rec'd. I explained the entire mess and they are opening and I feel they will issue a refund. Please contact PP and follow up, for your refund...this guy is bad!!

I am embarrassed to say, I too have fallen for this scam. Everything that everyone else has said down to recieving the exact same reply from the Company when I requested a refund. This is absolutely absurd that Pay Pal is even affiliated or allowing sales to be made to this company.

If you purchased the dish rack through PayPal you can have your money back. Call PayPal they will refund your purchase amount and shipping cost after you return the junk back to China. Good luck!

We received three broken pieces of plastic baskets. NOTHING like this rack and now they don't want to refund my money. I will be filling a case with PayPal today.

I got scammed too ..bait and switch. I recieved 3 (dollar store) plastic plates. Thank God I wasn't in "need" yall make sure you check the origin of purchases.

Disgusting treatment I got scammed also and it looks as if Paypal will not refund me my money, the article had to be returned to the supplier by 28th December 2019, how does a parcel get to Chins when they won't give me an address to retune it and it takes about 7 weeks to arrive my article was also broken so it could never be used. I have paper work all ready to go to the Chinese Trade Commission in Australia if I don't get a refund
